Going to PaizoCon!

So last weekend my wife and I went to our first game convention, DunDraCon in San Ramon CA. We had a blast playing all weekend. Since getting back, my wife has taken over our gaming group and started a Pathfinder Campaign, she wanted to play after seeing the witch in the APG. Now I mentioned PaizoCon to her and now we are going. We got the Hotel booked and getting the Airline tickets soon. Can not wait to game all weekend again !!!!!

I'm glad you had fun, 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (3, 7) + 2 = 12. It was a good convention and I'll happily see you at PaizoCon as well.

Now, have you signed up for The Bay Area Pathfinder Society? And Kublacon 2012 at the end of May?

This'll be my wife and I's first PaizoCon. She's been to other cons (Acen, Metrocon) but this will be my first. I thought what better time than now. Look forward to seeing you there and if anyone's up for room sharing just let us know. If we have the room we can work something out.

Thanks. I signed up for that group and the wife and I are thinking about it.

I plan on going to PaizoCon next year, but what I am wondering is how much do I need to allot for the room, banquet ticket, and admission?

Figure if I stay from Thursday and leave Monday morning?

This year the Con ticket was 40.00 and optional banquet ticket 20.00.

They negotiated a block rate from Marriott for 85.00/night. Plus don't forget the room taxes - don't these run high in the Seattle area?

I will be there for the first time. Looking forward to the show. I'll be hanging out with the Open Design crew.

Jester I just priced it out and for me, this year, I can get away with spending 1000 on the trip, Ticket, Hotel, food/drink, airfare, small amount of swag
