I "think" I am all set to receive the awards but I am a Buddy. I am having trouble following all the directions to sign up on multiple sites etc...

Can someone please check my account and make sure I am setup correctly and will receive the pledge items when they are mailed out?

If you have your address here on Paizo under your kickstarter link. Then you should be good.

If you do not have your goblinworks account linked up, contact the original Crowdforger purchaser and have them add you through the Goblinworks website.

To be absolutely sure, I would email customer.support@goblinworks.com - Ryan or one of his goblins can give you the assurance you are looking for.

Otherwise, the best place to look to see if you have correct shipping info is in the Pledge Drives section of paizo.com. Because you are a "Buddy", you will not have a pledge drive listed. Rather, it will show that you are a buddy of someone else (closer to the bottom of the page). You should be able to click a single button there to check what your shipping address is for the purpose of the kickstarter promotion.

Note: this address can be different than the one listed in "My Account" - and that one will be irrelevant.

The only other thing you need to check for yourself at this time is to be sure you can login to Goblinworks.com, check your account their, and make sure you have "Early Enrollment".

First, THANK YOU for the responses. Truly appreciate!

Second, I think the mere fact that we had so many different suggestions speaks volumes:

1. Have address on Paizo under Kickstarter Link
2. Link Golbinworks account
3. Contact original backer to have them add me
4. Email customer support
5. check shipping address in Pledge Drives on Paizo - different from My Account address
6. Login to Goblinworks and wee if I have Early Enrollment

Again, thank you for taking the time to help out a stranger, but the company HAS to do better than this if they really hope to make an MMO. Anything more than a single step means the system is not designed correctly. And system designs are the core of an MMO.

It speaks to the fact that this is not just an MMO. It's an MMO embedded in two VERY complex Kickstarters (I'd argue our 2nd may be THE most complex Kickstarter ever) which involve two companies which have to coordinate data and deliver virtual and physical goods at different times and to different people while enabling two account types to be distributed to 3rd parties.

Thanks for the details on why you felt you needed to develop and implement the system. Really though I just want some confirmation that I,with my admittedly limited skill, have correctly navigated the appropriate steps to receive the Kickstarter items.

Unfortunately I don't have a tool that lets me look into people's pledges in the Pledge Manager. Paizo's customer service has that tool but they're understandably triaging inbound help requests for people who are having problems so I don't want to ask them to divert from the main task to look up pledges that are probably ok.

If you look in the Pledge manager and all tabs are green and you have a green check mark on the Transfer tab to the right of Step #6, you're good.

If you log into goblinworks.com and go to the Account page and you see the Enrollment status you expect (Open, Early or Alpha), you're good.
