I just bought this PDF and when I tried opening it there was nothing in there.

Can you try personalizing it again? It worked for me when I tried it just now -- you should get a .zip file which unzips to a folder containing three .jpg images (not a PDF).

I did try repersonalizing it and downloading it. Got the same result. Nothing in the file.

The default Windows unzipper sometimes tries very hard to "protect" you from some files by not unzipping them (and not even telling you they exist). If you don't see any files after unzipping, using a different unzipping utility will solve the problem.

I went to Cnet and downloaded a different unzip program and finally figured out how to see the maps. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm glad everything worked out in the end, and hope that you are happy with this product!
