Gaze through the gate!

Paranormal adventure abounds when an ancient curse at long last lifts from the River Kingdom of Sevenarches. The heroes trek into the ancient forest realm in search of answers, but first they find violent druids, wicked fey hunters, and paranoid townsfolk. Behind it all is an enigmatic bogeyman who pulls the strings from a coterminous plane of spindly shadows. Can the characters unravel the schemes of Kaneepo the Slim? How does the fatal obnubilate curse relate to their missing memories? And what awaits them on the other side of the Seventh Arch? There's just one way to find out!

The Seventh Arch is a Pathfinder adventure for four 1st-level characters. This adventure begins the Gatewalkers Adventure Path, a three-part monthly campaign in which a team of paranormal investigators unravel the mystery behind a mass amnesic episode which left them with lost memories and strange powers. This adventure also includes a gazetteer of adventure sites on the alien world of Castrovel, the Green Planet; new rules options perfect for paranormalist adventurers; and strange new creatures to befriend or bedevil your players. Experience this Adventure Path using the full suite of Foundry VTT features, using maps, tiles, tokens, sounds, and much more to bring you content which truly cannot be experienced in the same way anywhere else.

This purchase will grant you an activation code which can be activated through your Foundry VTT account page at https://foundryvtt.com/me/purchases (downloadable from your My Downloads page on paizo.com). HUZZAH!

Indeed. I purchased the PDF this morning. How do I get the VTT code?

Oh, never mind, I get it. Its a separate purchase!

Hi all! Please remember to submit bug reports through the service portal linked on the landing journal entry. That's the best place to make sure the developers see it. Thanks!

This is the VTT code product which requires the purchase of the PDF. If you do not own the PDF then check out the product description "note" to take you to the bundle page.

First of all thank you very much for your answer. The problem is that I am not interested in the pdf and I am interested in the module only. The thing is that the pdf I can not translate it to spanish and the module being html code I can translate it with a button to my language with foundry. It is a problem for me the pdf that I will never use. Is there any solution?

The pdf is not only a cost for the pdf as a file but a cost for the adventure itself. So the cost for foundry is the extra work it cost to make it into a module.

At least how I understand it.

Well, I understand what you mean OnKonk and in part I would agree with what you are suggesting and it makes a lot of sense but for the fact that as you can see in this product:

https://paizo.com/products/btq02d77?Pathfinder-Adventure-Path-178-Punks-in- a-Powderkeg-CODE

without having the pdf purchased if it is enabled. The same thing happened with this other one

https://paizo.com/products/btq02dso?Pathfinder-Adventure-Path-Abomination-V aults-CODE

however it is no longer available just 1 week ago.

I think that is a glitch with the website.

The Foundry version is the adventure plus the conversion to FVTT. You can't expect to pay half the price of the adventure.

Close. The FoundryVTT bundle is actually priced at what the foundry module costs to produce, and the PDF is then given for free. If you happen to already own the PDF then the foundry module is discounted by the PDF cost so you don't end up having to pay twice for the same content.

But your point remains, that the foundry module isn't intended to be on sale for $14 by itself. It contains all of the PDF contents and then is a "ready to be run out of the box" module that has everything from the PDF, and more, converted to FoundryVTT. It would make zero sense for the FoundryVTT module to cost less than the PDF while already including all of the PDF content, more usability, and additional content on top of that.

The Foundry module for one of our Adventure Path volumes is priced at $34.99, and contains everything that is included in the print or PDF version (as well as a number of things that aren't, such as the recreated hi-resolution maps, custom tokens for every NPC and enemy in the adventure, and audio files for all ambience and sound effects). The main reason we throw the PDF in as an added bonus is that as cool and comprehensive as these modules are, sometimes it's still nice to have the actual book on hand.

However, we learned early on in this process that a lot of people prefer to purchase the PDF first in order to read through the adventure before deciding whether or not they're interested in running it, which seems pretty reasonable. Unfortunately, anyone who chooses to do that (and ends up liking the adventure enough to then purchase the Foundry module) ends up paying full price for both the PDF and the module, only to end up with exactly the same digital assets as someone who buys the module sight unseen. That doesn't seem fair, so now we offer the Foundry module as two different options: a "bundle" version that contains both the module and the PDF, and a "code only" version (which should only be available to people who already own the PDF) which includes a discount equal to the price of the PDF.

TL;DR: The MSRP for the Foundry module is $34.99, but we've set things up so that if you also want the PDF, you shouldn't have to pay any extra. And if you don't want the PDF, that's cool; we still love you.

Hi there. I have the subscription so I own both the hard copy and the PDF. Having said that, today it no longer is showing unavailable, so mmust have been a website issue.

I own the PDFs for this adventure path as well as the #188 and both are showing as Unavailable when I go to my cart to purchase.

Weird. It's not something we have control over unfortunately. My best advice would be to try emptying your cart, clearing your site cache and cookies, and then trying again. Or another user reported it just fixed itself eventually (again, weird!)

If that doesn't work then you'll need to reach out to customer service (email at bottom of page). Good luck!

I have the hardcopy of The Seventh Arch. Does the $14 price also apply to those of us who have the hardcopy, or does it only work if you have the PDF?

I much prefer reading the adventure in hard copy, so I don't buy the PDFs, but it seems like the PDF is not actually needed to use the Foundry module. From what I understand from reading above, requiring the PDF is to ensure that we're still paying for the content, which should apply to the hardcopy as well, correct?
