Not at all, but remember, Blackdirge's Dungeon Denizens is a Goodman Games product, not a Blackdirge Publishing product. Confused yet? =]
Blackdirge Publishing will be releasing both 3.5 and 4E material in the coming months. However, I'll be primarily focusing on 4E, but you should see at least one 3.5 product a month as long as 3.5 material continues to sell.

How are you getting around the either/or clause in the GSL?
The either/or clause pertains only to product lines, not the company as a whole. So I can publish 3.5 and 4.0 simultaneously, I just can't publish a 3.5 and a 4.0 version of the same product line.
