Nightbane Revamp

I will keep this short for now.
It is a nice re-vamp of the world with a lot of new and interesting additions. Much needed talents were added, and even more so needed was the additional skill packages and the non-teen nightbane. The only downside is the new morphus tables. While it is expansive and welcomed, it appears it has been made in reaction to the over the top tables in the Rifter magazines. The penalties listed for many of morphus aspects had many needed notes as to negatives applied, they appeared to be a bit of an overkill; and maybe even bias.
One example is the Dragon Lord aspect in the fantasy table. Compare the bonuses to the ones given to the various infernal table. The bonuses to minuses just seems completely one sided toward the infernals. I would just drop many of the minuses, all of them for the dragon lord that don't revolve around appearance. But that maybe a bit bios on my own end, so I will digress.
There also seems to be a a few select points to there being a lack of knowledge of the previous nightbane material.
If I could I would give this a 4.5, but since that is not an option I will have to side on the 4. It is well worth the buy, but unfortunately it is not as good in some areas as previous books.
