Well, all of this is totally up for discussion, but:
I think Anduil is a devotee of some kind of luck/daring/adventure goddess (in Pathfinder I guess it would be Desna). He's not just adventuring because it's in his nature (though it is) - he's adventuring because it's sacred. It's a form of worship.
I'd like to take that even further and say his eventual goal is to become the goddess' lover. I really like that kind of epic fairytale quest. Obviously I don't anticipate that happening any time soon, but it'll inform his character pretty significantly.
With that in mind, I think it would be fun to take 'worldly' or 'multiclass dabbler' at level 2 and use it to pick up either 'divine ward' from the priest class, or 'divine favour' from the paladin class.
Ideally I'd take multiclass dabbler and divine ward, representing a growing closeness with the goddess.
