Ferocious Fetch (Ex)

At 5th level, a mad dog's war beast gains Improved Drag as a bonus feat. As a swift action, a mad dog can command her war beast to move toward an opponent within 30 feet and attempt a drag combat maneuver to pull the target back toward the mad dog. The war beast can move before and after performing the maneuver, but this movement counts toward the war beast's total movement during its turn.

This ability replaces improved uncanny dodge.

This ability seems, to me at least, to not require any actions from the animal companion. The swift action, 30 foot range requirement, and movement counts towards all seem to imply that it happens on the Mad Dog's turn, thus allowing the war beast to take his full actions for the round, minus the speed if it decides to move. For this part I just want to make sure that I'm not crazy and this is how others read it.

I do have a question for the boards though; How would you adjudicate this if the Mad Dog is mounted on the war beast? if the MDs mounted you can't exactly "pull the target back toward the mad dog." Would the MD be able to full attack as the war beast hasn't taken any actions to move that round? Seem pretty powerful.

Just to be clear I'm asking for a PFS character, so I'm looking for RAW adjudications, not house rules.

As I understand the way Multi-Weapon Fighting and Two-Weapon Fighting interact, TWF becomes MWF when you gain 3 or more arms, or at least that's what I've been told. The alchemist discovery vestigial arm adds an arm, so if he took TWF first and then took the discovery, which is legal in PFS, he would have WMF. The "additional resources" page says that no feats from the bestiary may be taken unless granted by a legal source. my questions would be would be, is this how MWF supposed to work? and does this count as a "legal source" in regards to getting access to MWF?

I am thinking about making a dwarf monk of the empty hand in PFS, and I'm trying to think up some improvised weapons for him. He's an escaped slave whose mind became focused wile in slavery and learned to swing whatever he had at the moment in his multiple escape attempts before he make it out. My first idea was 2 pairs of manacles strapped to 10ft of chain, and there's really no weapon that I can find that's like that. it weighs the same as a longsword (6lb) but I could see how that could be hard to use so I'm not sure if its one handed or 2-handed. I was thinking it could be;

A. 1d8 or 2d4 damage, 10' reach, 2 handed, x2, 6lb, trip, special, see text
or
B. 1d6 damage, 10' reach, 1 handed, x2, 6lb, trip, special, see text

special: you can move your hand(s) up or down the chain(a move action) to
attack adjacent enemies or attack enemies at 10' away.

I was thinking the different damage dice for both balance and you couldn't get it swinging as fast in one hand, and the trip was common sense. It's seems a lot like a handicapped 3.5 spiked chain(move action to attack adjacent and no disarm). I have some other ideas for improv weapons but this one seemed like it could use some discussion.

comments and other ideas for improvised weapons are welcome

I was looking at the natural weapon ranger archetype (seems a little underpowered at higher levels with lack of iterative BAB attacks but still looks kinda fun) and a lack of bestiary feats for one of them would REALLY hurt. improved natural attack really helps him. i know normally you can't have bestiary feats but because rangers have a limited selection of bonus feats(this one even more so) it wouldn't seem too out of bounds to give them to these guys.

Thinking about making a cleric of Norgorber in pathfinder society (more about secrets not assassinations and poisonings) and I'm wondering what peoples opinion is about what exactly "god of secrets" means. What I mean by that basicaly how should approch secrets. Am I trying to know all secrets or do I help keep secrets even if it means I'm not always privy to the imformation. I was thinking somthing in the middle, wanting to know all secrets but will help others keep theirs from ANYONE else, including my faction because I'm loyal to my church first and my faction next and it IS still a secret, as long as they tell me the secret.

I was thinking about making a cleric of Norgorber(more of the secrets and less of the assassinations and poison) and I'm not sure if he's more about about the acquisition of secrets or keeping them hidden. I'm wondering if he would help OTHERS keep their secrets or just attempt to acquire as much hidden knowledge as he can, after all keeping a secret a secret honors the reaper of reputation as much as acquiring one.

I've got an quadruped eildolon I've given 2 limbs(arms) evos and 2 greataxes. my questions are:

1. does he need TWF? (I would assume yes)

2. if so what would him minuses be? (I'm guessing -4/-4 because a greataxe is REALLY not a light weapon but he IS using 2 arms per axe)

3. what Strength damage would he be doing? ( 1-1/2 STR on both? 1-1/2 STR on the main and 3/4 STR on the of hand?)

4. if i gave him another set of arms and another great axe what would his minuses be? (seeing as multi-weapon fighting isn't open I'm not really sure)

I'm sure that most of these have been answered some where in the vast threads about the big E but i only wish I had the time and patience to try and find them.
