This Lizardfolk feat say

You may lash a bludgeoning or slashing melee weapon to your tail and make attacks with that weapon.

And then

This ability does not make your tail a prehensile appendage.

So if my cheaters use this make a attack, that weapon will still hold on my tail, or just drop offs?

I would actually recommend picking up the Advanced Races Compendium, also from Kobold Press! This awesome hardcover has an entire chapter on lizardfolk as a player race, including plenty of flavor.

Plus, there are equally awesome chapters for other cool player races!
