Grymbrow, this class is not official for PFS play. Not even all Pathfinder book material is legal for PFS play!

darn, even though I'm new to actually playing an rpg, I know I always thought it would be cool to play maybe a half-elf ranger that couldn't cast spells with an animal companion.

Question from a total newbie... I just played a PFS (and my first ever rpg) session this week, and was wondering if this class would be legal for the Pathfinder Society? Thanks!
