Appearance:

Zogith Vaelong is without question a creature of the deep. However, this extraplanar cephalopod appears to be one of a kind. At first glance he appears to be a medium sized amphibious octopus, with eight tentacles, each roughly six feet in length, but under closer observation his more fantastical nature is revealed. Sitting in the center of his head is a singular, large eye with a brassy metallic pupil and an iris shaped more like a large coin slot than a predatory slit. The creature is a dark blue with a black pattern running down the edge of each tendril, while a faded gray color lines his underside where a sea of suction cups spiral inward to the large beak that awaits in the center. Unlike cephalopods native to this plane Zogith has little trouble adapting to moving on land and retains his shape with ease. Sharing a similarity with amphibians he appears to be perpetually wet, leaving a trail of undecipherable slime wherever he goes.
