I received an email that my credit card did not complete the transaction for the above order. I had to cancel the card that was declined. I put a new card on file and sent now two emails indicating this, yet I get a second email from you that is the same as the first.
I tried to change the credit card for the pending order from the old card to the new card, and can not. Will someone please give me some direction? I was hoping to have the APG for GenCon but I doubt that will happen now. :(
