About Zanisk Zul

As a child I was born into slavery in the deserts of Osirion territory. My parents were neither intelligent nor professionals but had some innate magical abilities that they passed on to me. When I was still too young to work I developed skill with performance and was able to lighten the spirits of those around me by putting on small shows for them. I also seemed to have a high intelligence for someone in my position and quickly rose through the ranks upon being old enough to work. As the years progressed I became the chronicler for my master, keeping track of all transactions in all languages. At first it made for a comfortable life but I soon realized exactly what freedom meant. As a band of mercenaries passed through for trade I performed for them and ultimately won their trust and their weapons. I was able to convince them to free all the slaves and take us with them. So at sword point my master was relinquished his slaves and left to deal with the desert on his own. After traveling with the mercenaries and being introduced to ale, wine, and women I soon ran into a character that others called a bard. He told grandiose stories and tales as well as knowing just about everything about everything. In him I saw a lot of what I knew I was capable of. At this point I separated from the mercenaries and traveled with the bard until I was told of Absalom and the Pathfinders. It is within the Pathfinder ranks that I hope to rid the world of slavery, but do it with style.
