"What has brought you to Raam and your present labors?"

The female Kreen moves several large rocks into the breech as she talks, taking care to time the spaces between the arcing bolts.

She explains to you that she watches over a tiny oasis nearby. As the time of her fertility nears, she became ever more concerned by the expansion of the city and its death worshipers, and decided to investigate this place personally, to determine if there was a way to shield her charge from the grasping gaze of Raam.

The kreen female shows you a small stack of three-holed crystalline throwing wedges; Kyorkcha, similar to but more triangular than a Chatkcha.

Zik-thok is a common plant Kreen use to catalyze their poison into the crystal used for weapon and tool making. The process is time consuming and prevents the use of the venomous bite, and is a Kreen secret.
