Vex is from a long line of court entertainers and courtesans. So even from an early age she was taught the ins and outs of courts, ballrooms and parties. Who to talk to, who not to talk to. What to say to whom. What to do to whom. It was all a Big Game. But the losers do not simply get a pat on the wrist. The Game could and usually is, quite deadly.
So when the time came for her to spread her wings, she was blessed with the opportunity to go to a new land. New adventure. People and places few people have come into contact with. It was quite thrilling to say the least. Not exactly what she thought she would be doing, but here she was, ready to take on the Stolen Lands.
"If I can. Id rather take a spot where I dont uave to fight. Its not really my strong point. But maybe if i catch someone off guard i can knock them out?" she lifts a sap from her side. Her blue and green eyes hopeful

Vex stretches. A smile on her face. Before terror comes over her. She pats her rump and grabs her head, before she sighs in relief. No tail. No ears. All was good. Glad the dream didnt make her shift to her natural form.
Battle was on them. She really hoped she didnt end up in the water. Or on the wrong side of a sword. She was not the violent type. Stories. Dancing. Thise were her strong points. Not this making others bleed. Non the less. She made sure her armor fotted snugly. She grabbed her prefered weapon. A simple blackjack. At least she wont be killing anyone. And with a flick of her wrist, it vanished somewhere on her body. She nodded and headed out to meet the enemy.
She gives him one more big smile. Sincerely appreciative of how much he has helped her so far "If we can keep you helping me a secret, I will reward you with what I can"

vex has a 20% to make the swim check. She will help out from the side of the boat. Taking pots etc "Uhm... i'll help spot Crabs... but i doubt i'll beable to catch any. I will help switch out pots" she smiles sheepishly

"Mr. Scourge, sir. We can try to swim, but if we can maybe get one of those small rowing boats to get to the shore, we can get the crabs for the Captain much faster, and less chance for them to escape. We will even be willing to let you take credit for the idea?"
She gives him her best smile, hoping to win the gruffian over to maybe give them some help so they don't risk drowning

"Im sure my stories has proved that once you go against your word and honor as a pirate, things go badly. So i suggest you honor your word as pirates and accept the win of our friend here" she tries to help him out by getting the crowd on her side

Vex wont get over this. Feels like for ever. But best keep up appearances. And there is no way she was going to try and fight anything or anyone alone. Not in the state she was in. During the fight she tries to keep spirits up by providing some light hearted cometary
