Background:

Velia backed against the wall. Her classmates forming a half circle surrounding her. Her once beautiful school dress in tatters, barely hanging on to her slim figure. Somehow her teacher at the university let it slip that her father was a Drow or someone was listening to the doors they shouldn't when her mother spoke to him. Raident; her main rival in the school took it upon himself to have this little "talk" with her along with several other students. They picked up rocks shouting. "Velia, Velia, you need to go to Hellia." chanting as they threw them. Some were once her friends those scars later would hurt the worst. "Please....... Stop." Velia crying now as another rock hit her, striking her in the head. "Please...." she said once more as they closed on her. Then she felt something she never felt before, a rage, a hatred, it grew into a fire that seemed to consume her. A warmth that had nothing to do with the blood that was trickling down her skin. She breathed once more; a shallow breath, then everything went blank. When she woke minutes later the alley was silent. Bodies were on the ground, and Raident was whimpering against the wall. As she creeped up to him he shouted and ran away. She followed suit, there would be questions, and she didn't have answers.......

Years later she has found out some of her answers. After speaking with her mother about her background and traveling around the world she decided to stay in Kintargo where her mother lives. To help her aging mother through her advanced years, A place where her looks are not as noticeable. Hearing rumors that Shensen the great actress was once a Drow that was reborn made Velia believe that there could be a place for her in the world. Going several times to see Shensen preform Velia was heartbroken when the Opera house was taken as a personal residence to the baron and during the night of Ashes no one has heard from Shensen either.

additional info and priorities to Velia.
1. Her father was a Drow noble. (still alive, as far she knows)
2. There is a rumor that the famed star Shensen was a Reincarnated Drow. Velia wants to meet her. (reason for star struck, and reason to protest.)
3. I will be creating if chosen a Second Aliases name with a different picture Only to be used when she is in her dark half. the rage and hatred that all Drow are born with. in Velia it is a physical thing.
4. Her mother was a human woman that Velia found out was raped during a raid to the surface world. (originally Selia lived outside of town in the countryside. Only moving to the city during her last years.) Once her mother (Selia) found out she was pregnant her faith did not allow any hesitation to raise Velia as her own, no matter the cost. That mindset has helped Velia throughout the years when things seem to get tough.
5. Velia believes the Abomination side of her personality is what all Drow are born with. This is why she studies Drow as a hobby.

Physical description: Velia has pronounced elven features coming from her father's heritage, and very unusual white hair color. (for half-elves) Most of the time she can pass for a full blooded Elf. She prefers to wear black in the latest styles of the areas she is in.

Class and race abilities:

Drow Heritage: Half-elves with this trait count as drow for the purposes of any effect related to race, including prerequisites. This racial trait replaces the ability to choose any language as a bonus language, instead limiting the character to the bonus languages offered to drow. Source PPC:BoS

Drow Magic: A few half-elves with drow ancestry exhibit the innate magic of that race. Half-elves with this trait have drow blood somewhere in their background, and can cast dancing lights, darkness, and faerie fire each once per day, using the half-elf's character level as the caster level for these spell-like abilities. This racial trait replaces the adaptability and multitalented racial traits.

Dark Half (Su)
By allowing the dark forces to overcome you, You can enter a state of instinctual cruelty as a swift action.
While you’re manifesting your dark half, you increase the DCs of your psychic spells by 1, gain a +2 morale bonus on Will saves, and become immune to fear effects. Whenever you cast a spell that deals damage while manifesting your dark half, you can cause one creature that took damage from the spell to also take 1 point of bleed damage. The amount of bleed damage increases to 2 points at 5th level and to 1d6 points at 13th level. While manifesting your dark half, You can’t use any Charisma-, Dexterity-, or Intelligence-based skills (except Acrobatics, Fly, Intimidate, and Ride) or any ability that requires patience or concentration other than casting spells using psychic magic, using phrenic amplifications, or attempting to return to normal. You can attempt to return to your normal self as a free action, but must succeed at a concentration check with a DC equal to 10 + your caster level. If you fail, you continue to manifest your dark half and can’t attempt to change back for 1 round.
You can manifest your dark half for a number of rounds per day equal to 3 + 1/2 your psychic level + your Charisma modifier; when these rounds are expended, you return to your normal self without requiring a concentration check.

Drow Nobility (You may use detect magic as a spell-like ability at will, and add feather fall and levitate to the spell-like abilities that you may use once each per day. Your caster level is equal to your character level.)

Elven Immunities: Half-elves are immune to magic sleep effects and gain a +2 racial saving throw bonus against enchantment spells and effects

Wary: Many half-elves have spent their long lives moving from place to place, often driven out by the hostility of others. Such experiences have made them wary of others' motivations. Half-elves with this trait gain a +1 racial bonus on Sense Motive and Bluff checks. This racial trait replaces the keen senses racial trait.

Low-Light Vision: Half-elves can see twice as far as humans in conditions of dim light.
