Have minor cover but it might not be enough it they have reinforcements.>>

I nod to Iacton.

"But understand, it is imperative that the item does not fall in the hands of the daemonhost. We cannot suffer those consequences. I agree the witch must die, but remember what I said about the item, unless your telling me it is not on you."

"Correction, Iacton, you can not be anywhere near the daemonhost, only go after the witch, if she is nowhere near the creature. The item you have cannot fall in the daemon's hands."

Said softly, "We will talk later about what you have been doing, but for now, are you ready to do what it is necessary? I do not know if we can do anything about the daemonhost, but Trizo's witch must be taken out. She is the most dangerous to us. Next, are the armed guards. We expect the time everything is going to happen will be the end of the ninth round, which is the next round. We have people in place to deal with the ones on the stairway. Will you be able to be in position to perform terminus on the witch?"

I turn to Tilkeen. "Be ready. The end of the tournament will be when it is most dangerous."

"Tilkeen, I suggest you warn your people that it is getting bad in the underhive. There is trouble in the area around us, and the Oremor 1st has pockets all over."

<I am here. With the positioning of everyone, do you have a suggestion of their placement. I was thinking that they should be prepared to take out the guards at the stairway, but if you have another suggestion, I am willing to listen.>

I smile as I put on my furs. Feeling the warmth and care that went into each stitch. How long it must have taken to get furs white. Rinse and after rinse; Aebena must have rubbed her hands raw to get them so clean.

I also feel the weight of the weapons and equipment stashed within them.

I slowly start making my way back toward the playing table. Stopping occasionally having idle chat. Or speaking with whoever dain's to make my acquaintance. Each time forcing Trizo and Leprades men to make a judgement call if I am talking with a real threat, or not.

No matter what happens I want to make sure I get back to the table well before those two, and make it a point that I brush my hand across Leprade's chair before taking my seat.

I look at Tikeen, "That move will make things interesting. Do you think that will cause a reaction?"

"For now keep alert, there are more factions involved then you think. If what is to come is as bad as I believe it will be, your help will be appreciated."

Tearing my gaze away from the Changeling, I look at Tikeen and answer quietly:

"A daemonhost."

Thinking how far Rico fell, and how we are going to destroy it. Will we find Quincus, and if we do what condition will she be?

I look at Tikeen and try to soothe her and say:

"We cannot do anything about it, try to keep calm. You do not want that creatures attention. It is possible that he is why I am here, but right now, let us observe, and see how it plays out."

Tikeen looks at Uriah nervously, pursing her lips. It is apparent to the acolyte that she too feels something, some ripple in the flow of the Warp that her astropathic abilities are able to sense.

She rises to her feet, the dregs of her drink forgotten, and looks down from the viewing gallery to the floor below, as if searching for answers.

"What is it?"

"I know of three psykers here, including us, and none of us are doing anything psychic at this moment. So it must be something in the immaterium causing what we are feeling."

I am struggling with all my will to stay conscience and not vomit. I fight to stay within myself. I know I am strong enough to do this, and I will. I take a deep breath before talking.

"The immaterium is too close right now. Something is going to pass, and it is important. I do not know what, but it coming."

Would this be a WP roll to avoid passing out?

Uriah, we'll presume the cover for the Malfian entourage is spent, so Uriah elected to use some of his inside knowledge of the Astropathic Choir of Orcut VII and is posing as an astropathic observer for the Revered Dirge Nicodemus.

Tikeen smiles as if you are sharing a secret that she is the more privy to than yourself.

Noticing your slight grimace at the bloody outcome of the bout, she follows your eyes to one of the pict-screens suspended above the tiered seating of the balcony level and her voice becomes more sympathetic and less teasing.

"A waste of life. I cannot abide such excess. The dirt-born and their amusements are truly mystifying to me. These displays of violence are nothing more than crude precursors to the true entertainment of the evening. This tournament will be legendary in time, my cards have told me such, even if my master is not destined to prevail."

This is why I tell Savalos to handle talking to his people. Like I keep saying, It is ironic that a voidborn is trying to save a planet of groundpounders.

That -10 to social interactions hurts.
