•Scaled Skin The skin of these tieflings provides some energy resistance, but is also as hard as armor. Choose one of the following energy types: cold, electricity, or fire. A tiefling with this trait gains resistance 5 (Fire) and also gains a +1 natural armor bonus to AC. This racial trait replaces fiendish resistance.

•Soul Seer Rare tieflings have a peculiar sight that allows them to see the state of a creature's soul. They can use deathwatch at will as spell-like ability. This racial trait replaces the spell-like ability and fiendish sorcery racial traits.

•Fiendish Sprinter Some tieflings have feet that are more bestial than human. Whether their feet resemble those of a clawed predator or are the cloven hooves common to many of their kind, tieflings with this trait gain a 10-foot racial bonus to their speed when using the charge, run, or withdraw actions. This racial trait replaces skilled.

•Darkvision: Tieflings can see perfectly in the dark for up to 60 feet.

Background:
Tyr was born a man of the north. He was part of a nomadic tribe of hunters and gatherers. His father taught him how to survive and hunt though Tyr never seemed to take to it very well. One cool summer evening his tribe was attacked by a raiding warband of Orcs. He lost his mother and father that night along with many others. Tyr managed to escape into the woods. Unable to navigate well he became lost and eventually grew hungry and passed out. He awoke being tortured and experimented on by cultist. He remembers the great horned bulls head looking at him as they prepared their ritual. Fate intervened as the temple was raided by a holy order of Paladins. The group took the young boy back to the church of Iomedae.

Tyr grew and served the church well. The priest started to train the boy in service to Iomedae. Tyr lost himself in the religion and became a devout Paladin. It was here that his fiendish heritage started to emerge as well. The Church was concerned at first but Tyr's resolve was strong and unbending. He embraced his blood and used his abilities to further his purpose. He has now traveled to the city of Kenabras to swear his oath to join the crusade. His dreams and visions of Iomedae needing him have lead him to this point. Upon reaching Kenbras he has found the city sacked by a demonic host. He has gathered with other survivor and aided in the city defenses in order to defend the weak.

Appearance:
Tyr towers above most at 6'6". His body is lean and chiseled. He wears a surcoat with the symbol of Sarenrae over his armor. He does not hide his heritage. His cloven feet click against the wook or cobblestone as he walks. He has handsome but sharp features. He has dark black hair and deep dark blue eyes. He is normally quite happy and joking with others sharing what he can with all he meets.
