BACKGROUND
He grew up a street urchin, abandoned by his parents. If they were killed, or just left he didn't know. Though sometimes harsh, his childhood was eased by the group of urchins that banded together and shared their spoils and mostly worked together for survival. Their heists grew ever bolder with their growing up, and ended with his first venture into incarceration at 24. Petty theft was the cause, and thankfully didn't warrant a noose or the removal of his hands.
What it did entail, however, was a separation from his group. Upon release he sought to rejoin them, but found they'd assimilated into a larger and much more sinister organization, and that many of his former comrades had passed, or been thrown into dungeons like himself. Never feeling the sense of purpose he had with his rogue group he dabbled in the business if the larger syndicate, he soon left the town behind on an aimless journey. From one town to the next, almost always out staying his welcome.
