Born the son of a clockmaker in London, Travis' only desire growing up was to be a businessman like his father. Upon arriving to middle school Travis' natural athleticism took over, and eventually led to his joining the Army as a medic.
During his tour in Afghanistan Travis came to work with the SAS, and eventually took the test to become a member of that highly decorated regiment. Passing his tests he served honorably for several years before leaving the service upon the death of his father.
Thinking to return to civilian life, Travis found himself ill at ease amongst the population he had spent so long defending, and has taken to the life of a mercenary in order to regain some sense of balance.
