Sneak Attack (2d6)
Trapfinding - A rogue adds 1/2 her level to Perception skill checks made to locate traps and to Disable Device skill checks (minimum +1). A rogue can use Disable Device to disarm magic traps.
Evasion - a rogue can avoid even magical and unusual attacks with great agility. If she makes a successful Reflex saving throw against an attack that normally deals half damage on a successful save, she instead takes no damage. Evasion can be used only if the rogue is wearing light armor or no armor. A helpless rogue does not gain the benefit of evasion.
Trap Sense +1 - a rogue gains an intuitive sense that alerts her to danger from traps, giving her a +1 bonus on Reflex saves made to avoid traps and a +1 dodge bonus to AC against attacks made by traps. These bonuses rise to +2 when the rogue reaches 6th level, to +3 when she reaches 9th level, to +4 when she reaches 12th level, to +5 at 15th, and to +6 at 18th level. Trap sense bonuses gained from multiple classes stack.
Uncanny Dodge - a rogue can react to danger before her senses would normally allow her to do so. She cannot be caught flat-footed, nor does she lose her Dex bonus to AC if the attacker is invisible. She still loses her Dexterity bonus to AC if immobilized. A rogue with this ability can still lose her Dexterity bonus to AC if an opponent successfully uses the feint action (see Combat) against her.

Appearance
Throsha is the picture of Elven beauty. Tall, lightly tanned skin, flowing auburn hair, and brilliant violet eyes like refined Amethysts. She's visibly armed as you size her up, bearing a pair of swords on one hip, a hammer on the other, a bow and quiver on her shoulder, and a strange dark marking on her left hand. It looks to be some kind of symbol, like a large key wrought from iron with a city in the end. On that same hand you can see a band of intricate silver on her ring finger; Seems she was taken already.

As you sit beside her, you increasingly get the feeling that you're being... processed. Those violet eyes are rapidly scanning over you in kind, a kind of curious spark in said eyes as she sees if you're any more interesting than the last person that gawked at her.

"If you're curious" She began, in a polite voice that sounded like there was notes of some Elven melody it. "I AM married. Happily so. Yes I'm full Elf, and yes I know how to use everything on my person. And then some." She had a playful smirk on her face as she turned to fully face you, turning in her seat as she downs the last of her cider.

"Did you come by to try and accomplish what others have failed to do? Or d'you actually have work for me?"

Personality
Throsha was lovingly raised by her adventurer Father, Kortis Lafara (AKA The Morose Minstrel), and her retired Military Mother, Silara Rodis-Lafara. She was an only child, so she got the love and care of both her folks, alogn with their multiple decades of wisdom and experience. Both taught her how to fight, sing, read people, locate treasure, bluff her way out of a crowded room, shoot a bow, hide her presence in broad daylight, and what she might have to do to make sure she survived a one-sided fight.

She's a smart, quick, and curious soul that loves to explore and discover. She has a zest for life and music that is hard to squelch. But, despite this energetic personality, she only occasionally speaks. Preferring to save her voice for singing. With some people claiming that her songs are like having liquid sunshine poured into a tea up, mixed with century-old whiskey, and enjoyed on a Spring afternoon after a light rain.

If you see her in a fight, then you should already be dead. She has a rather brutal Military history that honed her parent's lessons to a razor's edge. If you ask her about it, expect to get nothing but withering, icy glares. If you mention her husband after spying her wedding band, she'll just giggle softly but not give any specifics.

Background
Throsha was born into the military. Quite literally.

Her mother, Silara Rodis-Lafara, was enlisted as a modest foot soldier after she had already met her husband-to-be, Kortis Lafara (AKA The Morose Minstrel). With her birth, Silara was given maternal leave to show Kortis their lovely new daughter. She stayed with her Dad until Silara's tour was over and she could come home.

From then on, she was loved dearly by her parents. Elven children were something of a rare event, and were always given special attention in teh first 50 years or so of their life. Not fully maturing until they were at least 75 years old. As such, her folks pooled their money together, from Silara's discharge fund and Kortis' 'Adventurers Fund' to purchase a proper home. Raising their daughter in the city of Vula, a massive city well-known for having over 50 different guilds and schools within its walls.

The next 70 years were a beautiful collage of happy memories for Throsha. Always seeing her Dad and Mom near her, teaching her music, stories, lore, combat when she was old enough, both Elven and Human kinds. One thing she quickly took to was an exotic string instrument Kortis had earned in his many years as an adventurer of the world. While she took a long time to play well, her voice was beautiful to behold. Some adults of the city even claiming that she had Siren blood in her veins, with the way her song could entrance so many that heard her. It certainly got her some free change from passers-by whenever she was on a corner and just wanted a treat before heading home for dinner.

When Throsha was finally of-age, and deciding what she wanted to do next with her life, her parents received a notice from the local government. One that made them scream and hug one another in utter delight. The government, due to who her Father was and what he had accomplished in his lifetime (since he was getting along in age) they had, incredibly, made the offer to declare their home a national treasure. And to have it maintained and paid for by them for the rest of their lives.

Throsha didn't have to worry for one day now, if whether or not her parents would still be there after her own adventurers.

She had opted to follow in her Mom's footsteps and join the military. There wasn't an active war, but there were bubbling rumors of descent and coup's happening in the East. She was assigned to the Light Cavalry. Though she had trouble learning to fight from horseback and learning to ride. Despite that, she showed incredible skill with weapons, thanks to the training from her military Mother and her local hero Father, so Throsha came in ahead of nearly all the other recruits. As such, she was quickly assigned to a Special Forces task group.

The Suicide Squad.

Named as such for the incredibly dangerous missions they routinely handled. They all had a modest to incredible pay-off, but it was almost certain death with every given set of orders. Regardless, Throsha was willing to serve her unit and her nation, so she accepted whatever was passed her way.

Four long years of fighting came and went. Many times Throsha faced things far worse than death, times where she wished she lacked the will to keep living despite the horrible injuries she acquired after attempting to ex-filtrate an enemy fort after sapping their towers and stealing a good portion of their treasury and area maps with army movements. Even then, dragging herself across a dark field with the sun threatening to crest the horizon, sporting a broken arrow in her thigh, cuts across her armor that leaked blood, one eye forced shut from power keg shrapnel, she pulled herself along. Knowing that both her parents instilled an iron will to fight to go along with the art and love they had also shared.

She completed six Suicide Missions successfully and was discharged as a normal foot solider. No record made of the missions she participated in, but had a large amount of gold to show for it. However, that doesn't mean her accomplishments weren't cataloged SOMEwhere. Shortly after leaving, she was approached by a representative of the Church of Abadar. Offering her a position in their church and promising her even more treasure, along with the chance to explore long-lost ruins and untouched lands for any number of untold riches, and the chance to interact with living history.

Throsha left the city with the representative, and was soon inducted into the Church proper, and given her first mission; To investigate growing rumors of something called 'The Runelords'. Before she headed out, she was instructed in Thassilonian, reading and writing, and was told to catalog ANYthing she found relating to the Runelords, and report it back to them in cipher. With her goal set, and eager to get exploring and doing something that DIDN'T involve lots of stabbing, blood, and broken everything, Throsha saddled up and headed off towards the region she had been directed to. Ready to explore this new corner of the world and what it had to offer her, as well as, secretly, hoping to make her Dad proud as an adventurer.
