Thibault Grandoir is a young man who works in the town under Gregory, the town's Miller. Despite his youthful demeanor, Thibault possess the faint beginnings of a five-o-clock shadow upon his 37 year old countenance. This ferociously just apprentice Miller zealously seeks to regain the town's honor by seeking out the missing relic of St. Ignys. His ancestry- partly from the frozen cold lands to the north- is most apparent in his family keepsake, a lucky charm of sorts. As a connoisseur of small beers, Thibault can be frequently found in the town's local drinking establishment.
