I placed this order on Saturday. Yesterday, I received an e-mail from you claiming that my order has been declined. I called up my bank and they said they approved the transaction and that it was in my pending transactions list. I confirmed this when I logged into my online banking. I have a pending transaction for Paizo Redmond Wa in my list of pending transactions.
I've replied to and sent 2 other e-mails to you since then and have received no replies from you. Could you please look into this?
