NOW they speak up Bottlespeaker looks in astonishment at the humans. Humans are not reliable creatures..
Still, he is far too wounded to push the point. Motioning for the Lavender twins and the others to follow him, he begins limping towards the exit. Come on. We'll get you back home.
As they pass the garden gate, the druid moves over towards Reaching Rings. I was seeing nothing but green right before you woke me up. I think you saved my life. If there is EVER anything I can do for you, I will. Me and Twinsprout.

Stop trying to eat us! Bottlespeaker yells at the mint menace before spraying it with cold.

Bottlespeaker strides over to the fallen Fluff Fang and pulls out one of his own potions. He then kneels to pour it into the fallen leshy's mouth.
◆ Stride
◆ Draw Potion
◆ Pour down Fluff Fang's throat

Wounded 1!
Shocked back to consciousness to see Reaching Rings looming over him, Bottlespeaker stumbled against the table to his feet.
◆ Stand
Whay...where...Reaching Rings, thank you...
Looking around in the chaos, he sees Fluff Fang also down Where exactly/whihc square; can't seem to see them and fires a frigid bolt towards the partially-plucked leshy he had seen menacing them

One the ground next to Bottlespeaker, Twinsprout nudges the gourd leshy.
The tiny spirit whines as her friend isn't moving anymore.

Bottlespeaker stops actively bleeding - then starts again as the enemy leshy’s stomach walls and acids crush him.
So stabilize, but then down again when the unconscious Bottlespeaker crit-fails the engulf damage at the end of his turn.

Unless the sanctioning rules explicitly call out otherwise, ‘Adventure Mode’ games like this do NOT have the consequences like death applied to the PC that the chief Ike is assigned to. (Though without knowing how the aanctioning docs for this are phrased, can’t confirm. I vaguely recall some of the 1e Goblin scenarios did have deaths carry over, albeit with a sharply reduced Fame cost to resurrect if needed - have no idea how that would been work with ACP)
Which is a good thing, as the dice truly hate us in this garden.

Fort: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10
We...we just wanted to get our friends back... Bottlespeaker squeezes out from his throat as the other leshy crushes him. He tries to escapae, but can't break free.
Escape?: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Looking to the humans, he gasps. Why...why are you just watching...
The druid does manage to cast some restorative magic over to the equally harmed Fluff Fang. Unless mint or wisteria have an AoO.
Flat check: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Heal Fluff Fang: 1d8 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Finally, he looks to the Lavender twins.
Sorry...

Bottlespeaker actually would have on his Acid Arrow: as mentionned its his one big spell (plus we could use a bit of morale after a round of whiffs.

Well this went sideways immediately Bottlepseaker thinks as he sees Fluff Fang get ambushed from the jump. Drawing deep, her fires a caustic beam at on of his friends' attackers bamboo I think? The frowning blue circle

OK! Bottlespeaker smirks and hands his onyx figurine over to Fluff Fang.
As he sees then move towards the far side, he turns to Popcorn and whispers Here we go! before drawing on the earth’s power to make his long limbed friend even longer limbed!
Lets try it! Casting Enlarge on Popcorn and waiting for that figurine to animate!

Sorry - away from computer for a bit
Popcorn: If you get bigger, would your vines get even longer? Maybe able to reach the two tables close to us from the plants by the gates? Bottlespeaker has a scroll of enlarge - if Popcorn grows to Large would that give her 15 feet of reach?
If so, how about this: I make you big and give my dog toy to Fluff Fang as they go to the far side. She can activate it to run around and cause a big commotion, maybe making some other noises to distract people over there too. Then you can snake and swap the leshies stuck on these two tables close, while maybe Reaching Rings - you're really good at being hard to find! - could sneak to the Lavender Twins to get them out. And if we get back to these edges I can make the plants real tangly to cover us leaving!
Thoughts?

I can get a dog out and about Bottlespeaker whispers back to Popcorn. Do we think he may be able to cause a commotion in one corner while you grab the Twins?

Is there a visible padlock, or is it possibly just locked from the inside? Bottlespeaker has a scroll of enlarge that could perhaps get someone up and over.

Oh no! Bottlespeaker cries (as Twinsprout gets spooked less by the revelation and more by the enhanced spooky music and tone). We should head out quick!
But first Reaching Rings, you look a bit singed. The druid moves over to the other leshy. Here, let me see if I can help.
Natural Medicine to Treat Wounds: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20 for healing: 2d8 ⇒ (3, 3) = 6
You too Popcorn.

Oh! Bottlespeaker exclaims as his anger cools slightly and he sees the human drop, not just bleeding but with a face horribly disfigured by his own conjured acid. The leshy is a bit shocked by the violent results of his own work, but his focus is pulled back for now as his friends struggle against the second wax being.
Reaching Rings: Good Luck! He yells as a wisp of magic races into the rogue. Then Bottlespeaker brings the heat down and fires another frigid ray towards the golem.

You like spraying stuff? Bottlespeaker yells at the big man, moving closer to get a good shot. Well how about this sort of spray!
Stride, cast Acid Arrow
Attack: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (8) + 9 = 17 for Acid: 3d8 ⇒ (8, 7, 7) = 22
if the above would be a miss/failure, would use Bottlespeaker's Hero Point to re-roll.

Stupid shelves and tactically moving human :p
Get back here you friend-thief! Bottlespeaker yealls as the human retreats back and out of sight. The druid move into the room and begins trying to get around the large and obstructing shelf after him, pausing to call upon the spirits to send a chilling beam north at the wax-thing Popcorn's smashing.

Ah! Bottlespeaker yells as the crystal start making quite a bit more noise all on their own. That's not the noise I meant.
Don't think the druid has a single skill that's relevent here, but will approach the crystlas staff in hand to try the 'smashing' method if it looks like Reaching Rings and Fluff Fang's methods aren't succeeding.

I don't think we should break things just because we don't understand them. Bottlespeaker says to Popcorn. It's rude. And would make a lot of noise.
Neither of those skills here :p

While Fluff Fang (and to a different extent Popcorn) try to convince the shopkeep, Bottlespeaker takes the opportunity and the distraction of the conversation to move about quietly.
He whispers to Twinsprout come on. there may be a way down below hidden away. but be quiet. and careful as the pair then both sneak about looking for an alternate entrance or way past the counter-boy.

Oh no Fluff Fang! Bottlespeaker says as the deer move away and the leshies are able to get to a safe distance. That looks bad. Here, nibble on these.
The druid grabs a pair of berries, focuses some of the forest's power into it, and then hands it to the leaf to eat.
Casting and handing Fluff Fang some goodberries to eat.
Goodberry Heal: 2d6 + 8 ⇒ (3, 5) + 8 = 16

Once in Petalbrook, Bottlespeaker looks around in wonder at so many tall flesh folk living together. Hello, pardon me. Have you seen more creatures like us? he tries to ask to passersby. They would have had bright lavender petals. Or a big man like you, with red hair?

Hey deer! We're not food! Bottlespeaker yells while his familiar cowers deep inside his gourd skull. Why don't you go over there and nibble on some grass that isn't moving. We're pointy food - bad for you and us.
Wild Empathy diplomacy: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
To his friends, he quickly says. I'm not sure I'm getting the right words out, but they're really big to stab down. Maybe try frightening them off? Try Intimidation

Points for creativity, but I think it would take too much time both find a suitable creature, make contact, and convince it to help (3 steps), which is the same amount of time that Popcorn has managed to repair the bridge, so I will move us along. No problem, totally fair :)
Survival: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
As they cross the river - Good work Popcorn! This should hold up well now - Bottlespeaker points out several lavender petals dotting the trail. Interesting. Did anyone know if any of the missing had lavender buds?
Perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (19) + 11 = 30
Later, as they come across the clearing, the leshy rushes to the fire-pit in despair. Oh no! Look - these shells, the feathers! They were here - they wouldn't have just left their lucky tokens behind. What if they got burned?!?
Still a bit despondent as the strange fae emerges, Bottlespeaker looks up at her and responds. No electricity miss. But I can breath a bit of cold... Turning safely away from the fairy and his companions, the druid launches a ray of frost up into the sky.

Keep calm Popcorn. I'm sure you can do it! Bottlespeaker says as the gourd leshy carefully moves to the river's edge and looks in the water and on the far edge to so if any fishes or frogs may be about - and may be willing to perhaps provide some assistance.
No crafting skills, but If Bottlespeaker can spy a larger animal about he could try to Wild Empathy to see if they might be able to help ferry us across, perhaps in exchange for a delicious goodberry.

What matters is we get them back the gourd-headed plant speaks in response to Popcorn's anger. And make sure no one else goes missing of course. But if it comes to it rescue is more important than revenge.
An even tinier flowery plant mews nervously from the gourd's opening. No need to worry Twinsprout. You're not going anywhere.
He looks to Reaching Rings. I am Bottlespeaker. I've seen you before around the forest.
