About TerminalArtiste

(From this thread. I'll maybe write an actual profile at some point. This is a WIP)

TerminalArtiste,
Seeker of the Wild's Secrets,
Alignment: NG
Areas of concern: Natural sciences, wild animals, conservation
Domains:
Animal (Feather & Fur subdomains) - I am passionate about all animals.
Good (Agathion subdomain) - I'm a good-hearted person, with a very principled stance on certain issues.
Knowledge (Memory subdomain) - I know a lot of different things, especially about animals and the natural world. I also enjoy sharing knowledge with others.
Protection (Purity & Solitude subdomains) - I am not a violent person, except in defence of those things I care strongly about. Kind of like a mother bear.
Favoured weapon: Greatclub
Symbol: Shield covered in stylized writing
Sacred animal: Rhinoceros
Sacred colours: Purple and green (my favourite combination. Yes, I'm a knowledge god whose priests will look like Riddler rip-offs.)

TerminalArtiste is a font of information, especially with regards to the natural world. He will supply this information gladly, sometimes without even needing to be asked! He keeps a long list of those who would despoil the natural world, and dispatches agents across the planes to thwart them. After all, who has time to get their hands dirty when there's so much to catalogue and keep track of? He dwells in the Forest of Knowledge's Fruits, a small quiet glade on Nirvana surrounded by trees that grow into shelves for his books. He is served by leonal agathions, celestial treants, and foo creatures, especially rhinoceroses. His worshippers include scholastically-inclined druids and rangers, nature loving bards, and those who seek a closer connection to the natural world. A creative entity, he is fond of personally modifying his servant's abilities, but never without their consent.
One of TerminalArtiste's most notable allies is Voice-of-Wild-Places, an advanced trumpet archon who's horn turns into a greatclub, and who casts spells as a 16th level druid. Voice additionally is able to speak with animals at will.

Special Abilities
Bardic Knowledge Voice-of-Wild-Places adds a +8 bonus to Knowledge skill checks, as a bard of her caster level, and may make any Knowledge skill checks untrained.

Spells Voice-of-Wild-Places can cast divine spells as a 16th-level druid. She does not gain access to domains or other druid abilities.

Trumpet (Su) All creatures except archons within 100 feet of the trumpet’s blast must succeed on a DC 25 Fortitude save or be paralyzed for 1d4 rounds. The save DC is Charisma-based. Voice-of-Wild-Places can also command her trumpet to become a +4 greatclub as a free action. Out of her hands, it is a chunk of useless horn.

Voice-of-Wild-Places is but one of TerminalArtiste's many allies, and among the most powerful. She serves as a crusader-general, leading a team of other archons, the Seekers of the Wild's Foes, against those who will not or cannot be persuaded by diplomacy, particularly fiends such as the daemons, qlippoth, or asura. She and the Seekers willingly accept aid from mortal followers of their god, but she prefers not to battle alongside them, viewing her team as a much more efficient agent of her god's will. She never knowingly hinders other forces of good in their work, but nonetheless tries to ensure that collateral damage is kept to a minimum, and that such damage to the wilds are repaired promptly. When not dispatched on a mission, she stays near the fringes of the Forest, perusing lore on martial history and tactics, or practicing combat with her team.
Before combat, Voice-of-Wild-Places focuses on enhancement and protective spells for her allies, using communal resist energy and protection from energy to shield her allies from fire. In combat, she opens with her trumpet blast. She reserves her finger of death for the greatest threats. Against weaker foes, she uses spells to restrict movement and deal damage at range.
