Appearance:

An man of above average height, his build is fit and muscular, but not bulging. His Crop of black hair hangs down near his shoulds, but is usually held back in a simple tail with a leather thong.

Background:

The details of Tarq's birth are sketchy at best. Shortly have emerging from his mother, Tarq was secreted away. Cloistered somewhere in Westcrown. He was raised by monks and priests, he was taught physical discipline from moment he was able to stand on his own. His daily lessons from toddler-hood, to his teenage years were rigorous physical training, lessons of dogma, and more martial practice. When he was a teen, his lessons of dogma were changed to include walks around the city, guided by a member of his secret church. The purpose of these walks was two fold, to learn of the city, how it works, how to blend in, and how to walk it's streets, the second was to seen how the corruption of the diabolists had spread to everyday society. He was kept at his church until his 20th year, at which point he was told of his mission. He was told that an apartment near the common quarter had been purchased for his use, he was also handed a small sack of coins. At that point he was told that he would not be allowed to contact the church, and he would be on his own.
