About Tamoq Swarmcaller

Tamoq was born and raised in the slave pits of the Technic League, living in the gutter and forced to do degrading manual labor every day. He was not the only ratfolk there, but one of few, and so he was further ostracized by the other slaves, who found him strange and disturbing. His only friend, for the longest time, was a small rat who followed him around. He called the rat Korba, and he snuck some of his own food to Korba daily. Korba got larger and larger, until he was almost Tamoq's size. Tamoq saw an opportunity to escape with Korba during a trash-gathering duty one day, and took the chance, running as fast as his legs could carry him. Tamoq and Korba lived off the land, moving away from Technic League holdings slowly until they finally found other civilization. Tamoq has since been training with Korba, the two of them learning to fight together and make use of the magical abilities that Tamoq has been able to coax from the natural world with Korba's help.
