"No, no Bo-Bo," Talia scolds as she skips alongside her towering companion. The silver bear grunts impatiently at a cowering woman, whose hands clutch a satchel filled with breads. "He is just hungry," Talia says kindly, the golden flecks of her brown eyes gleaming. The woman grows paler and backs quickly away, stumbling over the market crowd. "Oh, is your bread not for-" the woman turns and sprints haphazardly, carrying the warm scent of fresh baked goods with her, "… sale? My, she was in a hurry. I hope nothing's wrong."
There's a crash behind Talia as Bo-Bo drops his giant rear to the ground, pawing pitifully at the dirt and whining. "Ah, don't worry big fella," the young asimar coos, playing with one of the feathers tied into her braided blonde hair. "There are still plenty of pastries to be had. Somebody will sell to us. They always do." Talia rests her hands on her slender hips, looking about the square for their next delicious target. Though many people mill about the market, the space directly surrounding the pair is noticeably empty. Everyone gives the asimar and celestial bear a wide birth, shooting suspicious glances their way. Talia returns their glares with a toothy smile, her bronze skin and full features brimming with warmth. She may have been remarkably stunning, if it weren't for her too long ears, or the pale scales that adorned the sides of her neck and shoulders.
Talia spots a cake vendor several meters away and calls it out to Bo-Bo. The big bear licks his lips and gets up with a determined look. "Maybe I should try the introductions this time?" Talia muses, skipping along once more behind the burly bear. Bo-Bo blows a huff of air out his nose indignantly. "Okay, okay," she sighs and follows along behind him.
