Tachonius decides to remain a beacon as he doesn't have the ability to fly.

Total defense for now.

Tachonius moves into the darkness.

Where I end up what I do with the rest of my turn, will depend on if I see the emissary.

Tachonius had been prepared for this tactic. He draws a vial and splashes it over his armor. The area around him alights with bright light. Where it overlaps with the darkness, the natural light condition returns to the area. Tachonius then steps forward.

Areas of darkness and light have been placed on the map and grouped with the token that it will move with.

If we have the charges, Tachonius would like to have his weapon aligned too.

This party is not really equipped for in-combat healing. Cure light wounds is not really helpful when the enemy is doing 60 damage per round.

Tachonius heads into the room to observe the spellcasting.

Tachonius looks over the vials with magical senses.

But he passes them on to someone else.

He takes out his wand an heals his wounds.

Tachonius will move into the doorway and attack the golem with a construct-bane swipe from his falcata.

Tachonius again uses his bane ability and slashes at the nightmarish creature.

Tachonius throws off the curse and slashes twice at the creature after activating his own bane ability.

Too bad I can't crit them. That was a double threat round. Ghost Touch is on my list of weapon upgrades, I just couldn't afford it yet.

Using the last of his judgment ability (saves, damage), Tachonius moved into the room and swiped at it.

Tachonius moves to one of the rooms on the other side and observes.

Tachonius steps into the doorway, his weapon becoming a bane to evil outsiders.

"The spores eventually dry up. You just have to hope you live that long. Or blesses you or sprinkles you with holy water first.

Tachonius casts shield of faith on himself and moves up. He studies the creature for a moment, recalling what he can.

He then calls out judgement against the vrock. Protection (+2 AC) and smiting (weapons count as good aligned).

Tachonius declares his judgement against the rhino creatures (+2 AC, +2 attack) then he quickly climbs up the side of the fissure.

He has some difficulty at first as some of the rocks crumble beneath his feet, but he then makes it on a second effort, drawing his blade as he reaches the top.

Tachonius will heal his wounds with a wand before offering to heal others.

If he doesn't sense that she is likely to betray them or to run, he takes his falcata and cuts her bonds.

Once we are near the strange object, Tachonius will cast is usual spells.

Tachonius nods and follows, but keeps his falcata in hand.

Tachonius continues calling the power of Kurgess into his blade to be a bane against undead.

With the one near the ground gone, Tachonius moves underneath the one in the air. His blade sizzles with energy that is particularly harmful to undead and then attack.

Tachonius keeps an eye out for any signs of stirring from their prisoners while the others examine the items. Occasionally he peers out of the cave entrance to make sure they are not being interrupted.

Not immune, but Tachonius gets +2 to saves vs arcane Enchantment spells and against mind-affecting effects gets to roll twice and take the better result, so a 1 in 400 chance of rolling double 1s.

WILL: 1d20 + 19 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 19 + 2 = 38

There was no changing the course of events now.

Tachonius declares his judgement against them (+2 saves, +3 damage) and moves into the midst of the robed men.

There were no indications of new posts in the Gameplay thread since the last time I posted. You might want to send a PM to any of the other players that haven't checked in to see if they are having the same issue.

Tachonius moves ahead with his falcata drawn observing the woman closely.

I can't figure out the distance moved because of the strange shape of the halls.

Seeing that it might be another cursed person like Leera, he takes a moment to observe.

Swift: Judgement (purity/protection) +2 to AC/saves. Light radius increases to 40 feet.

If it only took a single move action to get next to her, I will ready an attack.

Tachonius also keeps his eyes open.

Tachonius offers to take a position at the front of the group and keep his eyes peeled for any danger.
