Zaister, It's 86 pages, 12 of which is pre-gen characters. We expect each of the further volumes to be about the same (or maybe a little longer) and the full 12 level AP to be 350 pages when complete.

David, Our planned release schedule looks like this: Vol. 1, 1-3 (September 22)
These are PDF release dates, with physical rewards 1-2 months behind. Each volume will be launched with a 30 day Kickstarter (first one we did 60 days for initial exposure), before being made available on DriveThruRPG.
