I know that being Yuan-ti is part of what I am. And I don't hate my kind. I pity them, in their arrogance they are blind. But that is only a small part of who I am. I will not forget my heritage, but change calls to me in such a way that other Yuan-ti cannot begin to understand. I accept with an open heart and mind. -Posted with Wayfinder
Turning he ring over in his hands he looks over his comrades after they accepted their gifts. He never felt the need for baubles, yet he's never turned down a gift in good faith. Smiling at the journey he has had since he left the temple. He never fit in with the other Yuan-Ti. He was too emotional to them. He found a new family of sorts. Smiling again, he slips the ring on his hand, and takes leave of the group, to fathom it's intricacies.

Indeed I did plan to drag the corpse of the priest from the ship and see if there was anything I might be intrigued by on his corpse. Of course anything that would aid Marek I'd gladly give. |
