About Syeira Iliosana
[Description]
Raven black hair with uncommon bright blue eyes.
She looks like she can handle herself pretty well, with a small assortment of weaponry that can be seen openly.
She's wearing black leather armor, with a bright red cloak and a few colorful scarfs.
One tied in her hair, another around her neck, a large one around her waist and a last one around here left wrist.
She carries a rapier, a whip and a shortbow on her shoulder. A small buckler is strapped to her left forarm.
She's an outspoken and pretty bold woman. Knows what she wants, and takes the lead in many situations.

Syeira is originally born from a merchant family. Although far from noble, or even rich, the family acted as such.
Her father had arranged a wedding between her and a noble gentleman. Hoping to raise the status of the family. This struck a bad chord with Syeira, she had hoped to get out of Riddleport. To travel and see the world.
Syeira loved music and performing something her parents, and in particular her father, disapproved of. Thinking it would put a bad mark on his name, if his daughter was out performing for money. The "betrothed" her father had found was a pretty good looking and friendly young man, but marriage was not something she had on her mind ... especially a marriage used to strenghten her fathers posistion.
She had decided to run away. The wedding was to be in a week time, so she went into town to make some arrangements to leave as soon as possible. She found a traveling caravan that was willing to take her along.
She packed lightly, but took a few small pieces of jewelry to pay for her travels. The caravan leader had willingly taken the jewelry as payment and agreed to take her along.
That was 4 years ago, and ever since, she's been living her own life.
Traveling from city to city, going from festival to celebrations
or when there are no notable events, just common markets.
She is an excellent performer of song and dance as well as playing a very entrancing tune on her flute.
She plays on the festivities and markets to make an honest living, and frequently makes deals with local tavern -and innkeepers to entertain the guests for a decent meal, lots of wine and a safe place to sleep.
Besides entertaining people, she likes to read. From cloak and dagger novels or serious interests like the world of magic and nature.
As an entertainer she's close to alot of people who do not notice her eavesdropping in on hushed conversations. One can never know when that small piece of information comes in handy.
Syeira has just one small problem, which has either made her a large sum of money. But mostly leaves her needing to perform for a good meal. Gambling is her vice of choice. She can never turn down a bet or a good card game.
A few days earlier, she had been lucky in a card game and won a very large amount of gold in a card game. The losing person in question didn't take his loss very well. He had to be thrown out of the tavern by the bouncer.
Syeira spent her money the following day, finely be able to afford the nice armor she had seen in the local leathershop. Unfortunately she ran into the man who had lost the money last evening. He threatened her again, fortunately she was able to get away from him.
Deciding that this was a good a day as any to travel to another town, she packed her stuff and left. Hearing about the Swallowtail Festival up in Sandpoint, she decided that would be a good place to be.
She took up residence in the Rusty Dragon Inn and pays for her room by entertaining the guests. Telling stories about adventures she has had while traveling and reciting stories from books she picked up along the way. Content to wait out the few days before the festival begins.
During her short visit she also found the Curious Goblin and met Chask Haladan, who appears to have the same interests as her. Browsing through his shop to find some of his unique books which might be of interest to her.
