Tough D
Thinking to make a quick getaway, the northern most Tough grabs the unconscious lady's bag and tries to climb up a drainpipe. Something he's no doubt done before, but in his panic he manages to get half way up and slip to fall on his arse. He falls nimbly like a cat but curses viciously.

Climb: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (1) + 9 = 10

Tough E
The Tough on the floor lunges at Mohktar with his punch dagger, but Mohktar is far too nimble and simply dances back out of harms way.
Attack With punch dagger, Prone: 1d20 + 8 - 4 ⇒ (11) + 8 - 4 = 15Damage: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5

Toughs G & F
Sensing the danger of blundering around blind, the two toughs by the fountain continue to paw at their eyes, hoping to remove the sticky golden gunk but to no avail!
Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Will save: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (12) + 3 = 15

Scout's Charge, Sneak, Sap Adept, Sap Master, non-lethal: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 8 + 2 = 29
DMG: 1d6 + 4 + 6d6 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 4 + (2, 2, 6, 2, 1, 3) + 6 = 29
The first tough raises his sap and charges straight at the lady but at the last moment he flicks it out viciously smack Mohktar upside the head while he's fighting the thug! Mohktar's head rings from the blow but he's still standing able to fight on.

Tough D
Flank, Sap Adept, Sneak, Sap Master, non-lethal: 1d20 + 8 + 2 ⇒ (20) + 8 + 2 = 30
DMG: 1d6 + 4 + 6d6 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 4 + (5, 3, 2, 6, 4, 1) + 6 = 32
The lady had been watching aghast as Mohktar fights to save her. Unfortunately she didn't notice the tough creeping up behind her who smacked her round the head with an audible crack. She crumples to the floor.

The remaining Toughs blunder forwards out of the cloud of glitter dust and paw at their faces, trying to see again, but neither of them manage to clear the gunk.
