I've sent an email and have tried calling customer service to cancel my subscription, but no luck. Customer service just seems to go nowhere and I've not got a response on my email. I can see that I will be billed on the 31st for the next cycle which I do not wish to continue on. How can I get my subscription cancelled. I can't even change my credit card info on the website. I feel like my financial information is being held hostage.
