About Somber Tom
Tom grew up in the circus. He knows the life better than anyone, and he LOVES it.
Tom isn't a man of any particular faith, but having lived his life on the road he always steals a "lucky penny" straight from the pocket of a townie and thanks Desna for blessing the circus' travels.
Tom earned his nickname "Somber Tom" from an inability to lie with a straight face. His naturally boyish charm and upbeat personality is reserved only for his "family", while "Somber Tom" became a character he could play. An overly intense character he uses for comedic effect in his act. While playing the part, lying comes easier.
