I have paid my subscription but cannot download the two modules. This is an almost every month occurrence. Please explain to me why and how to fix.

My order isn't showing up under My Downloads page. This is the second month in the row that this has occurred.

I received an email 3 days ago stating that they would process my purchase later that day. Nothing happened. It still says it's pending and I can't download the pdf's. I have sent two emails and tried calling customer service, with just waiting for a while and then getting disconnected. Please help.
