About Slachagok

Background
Growing up an alley rat on the cold cobbles of Westcrown isn't easy for anybody. Slachagok's hybrid heritage didn't do him any favors. When push came to headbutt with the local gangs and gutterfolk, he could stoke the fire in his orc blood. But when the military police crashed in and the bodies scattered, skin and stature made Slach too easy at target. He couldn't gnash his way out of a cell, and no guild of thieves would pick up an angry green urchin. It was the thugs in uniform, not the ones in rags, who dealt Slach the beating that finally ran him out of town.
His stowaway ship unloaded in Augustana. He waited til that night to disembark, not keen to go another round from any local militants. He kept his head down in the Andoran port city, but not so low that he could miss the change from his native Cheliax. Slach saw urbanites going about their day without backward glances, unplauged by arbitrary laws and cruel nobility. Inspired by the virtuous soul of this democratic nation, Slachagok enlisted in the Pathfinder corps. If he can't forget his old Westcrown lessons, he can at least turn them to a better purpose--defending Andoran democracy.
