Subject: Silas Silverheart - Aliases: "Song of the Runes, Runesong, Sage of the Spheres"
As I sit to pen this document, I am in awe of the wonder that has surrounded this softspoken individual. Silas, known mostly to the Society as Silas Runesong, is one of those rare individuals that when times of extreme trouble make their presence known, the Society requests his help, rather than sending demands.
Little is known of his past, save that as a young man, he was born in the city of Goka, to a family of farmers. He spent his very young life with family, but at an early age he displayed both a talent for language, and a natural affinity for magic. His parents, hoping for a better life for him, sent him to the pathfinder lodge to learn and train.
At the age of 16, he completed his training, becoming a new and different breed of mage. While he applied himself and had a natural knack for wizardly pursuits, something in his blood mixed with his knowledge, and he was able to fuse them both into a much deeper understanding of magic.
It is tragic to note that many of those who pursue the arcane arts often meet untimely ends early in their careers as Pathfinder agents. Only those with bright minds as well as the ability to adapt and think on their feet have the capability to go far, and Silas showed this ability in spades. Much of his early career in the pathfinder society spent his time as a field scholar and linguist, as well as an arcanist of skill. It was during this phase that his ties and close connections to the Celestial forces of our world became clear.
While I could take the time to list all the successful missions that he has completed, I will simply mention a few of the more notable ones here. His first distinguishment came as he was a scholar that was able to successfully guide a field team through a hidden Thassilonian complex below a temple of Pharasma in the City of Strangers.
This was his breakout achievement, and pushed him into a spotlight. He has in this career undertaken no less than five dozen missions, spanning the inner sea region. He has braved the City of Golden Death, He was instrumental in the defense of the Kite of Kenebras, as it was sieged by the demons of the worldwound. He is one of the very few scholars in the Society ever to be able to successfully read and understand and document the knowledge in the hidden tomes known as the Gates Ajar.
His most recent notable achievement, however, averted disaster and political unrest in the nation of Taldor. He successfully investigated and uncovered secrets that lay deep within the Tomb of the Iron Medusa. While it would be wonderful to chronicle here the events of that delve, the Decemvirate has chosen to seal the records of that incident, due to the extreme nature of t he unrest public knowledge could end up causing.
These days, Silas spends his days in the city of Goka, as one of the more well known and respected Venture Captains of the Goka Pathfinder Lodge. His understanding of magic, manipulation of the forces of magic, and his personal relationships with many creatures and powers of the Celestial planes have placed him as steward of many of Goka's bright and upcoming Pathfinder agents, as well as operating what may be one of the more extensive Information Networks that the Society has seen.

Muleback cords These thick leather cords wrap around the wearer’s biceps and shoulders; when worn, they make the muscles appear larger than normal. The wearer treats his Strength score as 8 higher than normal when determining his carrying capacity (see Pathfinder RPG Core Rulebook page 171). This bonus does not apply to combat, breaking items, or any other Strength-related rolls except the amount of equipment or material the wearer can carry.

Quicken Spell Cast a spell as a swift action. +4 Levels.
Ring of evasion No damage if you succeed on a Reflex save for half damage.
Scholar's ring Understand all writing/speech.
Selective Spell You can cast a spell that does not affect some targets within its area.
Sentimental -2 perception to avoid being surprised. -2 Reflex to avoid traps or hazards
Spell Disruption (6 rounds, DC 24) (Su) Use 1 reservoir, attempt dispel vs. non-perm spell to suppress on 1 target for 6 rds (Will neg).
Spell Focus (Conjuration) Spells from one school of magic have +1 to their save DC.
