hey i'm running a homebrew campaign nd i'm running out of ideas for big nasty villains i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what the most effective villain class and prestige class combo is. THe average level of my pc is about 24-26 and i wanted about a lvl30 villain to put them up against. If you have any ideas let me know.

What is the most over used race in my opinion it's drow or gnome. which is okay i like drow and it's a certain drow ranger that got me into DnD. But every new player i've ever met has wanted a drow ... or in chris's case the ultimate pc Capt. Sploogekitty the fearsome Rakasha shadow dancer/ ranger.
But down to the point i'm DMing a Homebrew and wanted some interesting races to use as npcs i mean way out of the norm. i've been looking and thought about some Nerra Npcs. but am looking either for interesting races or interesting Npc class/ prestige class Ideas.

Their obviously rivals but if all three went to all out war, pulled all the stops and just fought to the death who would win? My money is on Grazzt.

Orcus doesn't do much for me he seems a little stupid giving up godhood because he didnn't like the name Tenebrous well freakin change it then that was a stupid move... or better yet why not at least wait until after deposing your rivals to quit being a god. I'm sure he could have been way stronger then.

Demogorgon is cool, the pic of him in BoVD has got to be humiliating he looked purty gay to me. What did he try anfd horn in on Yeenoghu he looked downright Gnollish. And another thing in freakin Bastion of broken souls he's trying to kill himself. he just does not impress me.

Grazzt on the other hand is awesome his pic in the back of FC1 with Iggwilv was awesome looking (if not a bit drowish). plus he controls more layers than anyone else in the Abyss.

I've played some crazy campaigns and was wondering if anyone else had played any truly messed up campaigns. i Remember when our DM bobby had a Vampiric demon... Or was it a demonic vampire leech all of my Azer wizards spell slots away Permanently because i stole this amulet that controled a different PC and the whole thing ended in a near TPK when i used some artifact that summons elementals and instead of failing the dm made it summon a Primal earth Necromental. Our doppleganger rogue was impaled by a roof our Half-orc fighter got ripped apart our quickling sorcerer was stepped on along with me and eventually the two of us were saved by some high level Gnome cleric of Olidammara. everyone else was pissed and had to make new characters i remember Chris trying to argue and get a Nimblewright for a character. Instead He ended up using Captain Splooge Kitty the Rakasha Shadowdancer/ Ranger. Then the DEmonic vampire or vampiricdemon ate the Gnome but not before the gnome got hit with an awry spell and fell in love with Zakk's new character the Titan And Polymorphed him into a female Gnome (Zakk broke the most ancient of rules don't piss off The dm... at least until after the session). That campaign was retired and only two of us ever found out what would have happened.
