I've no idea if this has been asked before but it's a curiosity of mine when it comes to the various races. Do the age categories at which the different races are considered adult/middle-aged/old/venerable scale to that of humans, or do most races age the same as humans physically but are only considered adults socially later?
For example, if you have an elf that is 50 years old, are they the physical equivalent of a 7-10 year old human, or do they physically age to a certain point (say 20?) and mature mentally until they are an adult at 110?
