Hi guys,

Is this change a slow roll out? I was making new characters with a friend of mine for gencon, and I noticed I still have the same amount of achievement points I had prior to paizocon, and my friend's PFS page seems to reflect the additional points added (I have ~60ish achievement points and he has 116)

If theres any mods or organizers that can investigate or provide clarity that would be great.

If its easier for you to ship it all in one mega order thats fine. Whats the general idea on when it might leave the warehouse ?

I know there was a shipping issues with manufacturers for aprils/mays releases, but its now June and i'm having trouble figuring out if these items are now stocked and if my orders will be fulfilled.

Hi guys any update on when the rest of the items will ship it’s been almost 2 weeks since the order was split


I placed my November order based off the Nov. product list posted in October. The advance player spell cards are no longer listed as a Nov product, and have been delayed until dec.

Can the advanced player spell cards be split and shipped separately (via UPS same shipping type) from the rest of my order so the other November products will not be delayed a month?

I am ok with paying the separate shipping costs.


thanks so much, I'm sure it will be too late, but I would love this sent via ups so i have tracking. I believe that was the option i selected when i did the original purchase. Either way i am super excited to get septembers releases on time with little delay!


HI Paizo,

I placed an order that included the NPC battlecards when it was originally listed as a mid September release, now that the September releases have been announced I see that its delayed until oct. Is it possible to split this order so i get the Extinction curse pawn collection, and Pathfinder Adventure Path #159: All or Nothing in a separate shipment before the battlecards are released in October?

Additionally, I'd love to have battlecards removed from the order entirely, so i can add it to a new Order that will include the other October releases.

I have an order from back in may for the CE adv. player's guide. I need to switch the card that gets charged to the other card I have on file as the one currently associated with the order is no longer active. I tried to update the billing info myself, but I can only change the billing address, and the card expiration date and not select another card, or change card info.


this looks resolved. I just got confirmation my order will be shipping soon and included in the email was UPS tracking #, so looks like someone was able to switch it back to UPS

my Order 20098035 hasnt shipped yet. I am assuming this just due to delays, which is fine. However, I've put out CS inquiries via forum, and email 10 days ago about trying to fix the shipping. I had originally selected UPS ground so I could have a tracking #, but after adding the NPC pawn box the shipping was switched to basic post even after re-selecting ground. I would absolutely love if I could have this switched back to UPS ground and be charged the difference so I can track the package once it finally ships.


Is there an update on this? The content in this order is now realeased, but my order hasn't shipped, but i also havent seen any updates via any of the methods i reached out to customer service.


i placed an order back on may 5th, and then i ordered something else on the 16th. I saw that i had the ability to combine my orders so the PF2 bestiary 2 and AP 155 ship out at the same time as the npc pawn collection. However, when i added the shipping which i had set to UPS ground is now set to standard post. Is it possible to have this switched back and be charged the difference in shipping? I would really love to use ups over standard post so i have a tracking #
