About Rory of the Tiger Eye Monastary
When the infant was dropped off at the Tiger Eye Monastery in Jalmeray, the Irori masters thought their prayers were answered. They named the child Rory and trained him as a monk while he grew into the very image of a mortal Irori. Unfortunately, Rory sucked as a monk and didn't show much aptitude for priestly pursuits either. Still he managed to learn how to throw a good punch and harness his Ki in a way the monks had never seen before. Since he couldn't learn anymore from the masters, Rory headed out to seek his fortune, eventually getting himself a berth on a great sailing ship, yearning to see the world!
