I'm an Organized Play volunteer who is supporting various italian retailers in registration procedure.
The goal is to start local PF and SF lodges and boost Paizo RPGs in Italy.
I would like to know:
1) How much time generally takes the registration process;
2) If the mail customer.service@paizo.com is valid in case of issue or information's request;
3) If there's some problem in dropping the offered complimentary copy of scenarios, stated that the first italian retailer registered on september 2023 still hasn't received any copy.
