I'm designing a campaign I want to GM where the PCs will need to become the Horsemen of the Apocalypse. This is not going to be set in Golarion, but will use Pathfinder rules in a homebrew world that is fairly standard - my own gods, my own nations, but typical Fantasy RPG fare. If it could work on Golarion, it;s probably acceptable for my game.
Ultimately, the problem I have is that I have more than 4 players, and I want them all to have a Horseman they can be. I have a list of ideas for alternative Horsemen, some of which are just synonyms of the traditional Western Four Horsemen, but I'd like some better ideas.
I already have, for example, broken Pestilence into Pestilence (Disease/Plague) and Infestation (Plague of Locusts/insects) and Pollution.

Bones Kickstarter HERE
Reaper's Bones KickStarter is a project to ramp up the production of the Bones line and get you the game models you want now!
Why are we doing this?
Since the launch of Bones in March, a full third of the figures we ship are Bones Gaming Miniatures. We have 8 pages of Bones suggestions going in our forum. It's clear that you, our fans, want more of these Bones figures. And why not? They're awesome sculpts at a terrific price! What's not to love?
As it turns out, they're also really expensive to produce. The mold costs alone are astronomical. In order to grow this line, we can do it slow and steady over the next several years, or we can defer to you guys and launch a bunch of new ones as soon as possible.
By the end of the year, we anticipate having 30 products in the Bones line. What this Kickstarter will do is at least double the Bones line to 60 total models: character models, new sculpts, big monsters, the sky's pretty much the limit.
All we need to kickstart this thing is your support.
What Do I Get For Supporting You?
We have a number of opportunities available for our supporters.
These include, but are not limited to, various apparel items, a chance to receive each of the new 30 models, a Kickstarter-exclusive Sophie model, Design-Your-Own-Miniature packages, not to mention some of the most valuable Crown Jewel one-of-a-kind items from the Reaper archives. (And we even have some incredible stretch goals in mind – we remain ever optimistic!)
Something for everyone who loves miniature gaming.

Ok, we have a situation tomorrow night where the PCs are going to go up against trolls, Large creatures with 10' reach.
I plan on using them in a spread out formation, with one vacant 5' square between each of 3 trolls, Like thus:
_T_T_T_
Here's my question, because I'm unclear on hwo to adjudicate the situation, and I expect it to arise. If a player tumbes through one of the empty 5' squares between two trolls, I know that provokes an AoO from both of them. According to http://paizo.com/pathfinderRPG/prd/skills/acrobatics.html#_acrobatics if they make a successful Acrobatics check against the CMD of the opponent, they do not provoke. I add +2 to the Troll's effective CMD for this, because you add +2 for each theatening creature capable of making an AoO.
Do they need to make an acrobatics check through each square of the threatened area which includes the diagonas spaces not illustrated above, in front of and after the empty 5'? If yes, then they cannot move through all 15 threatened feet, correct? Because that's 3 tumble checks, and thus 3 actions? Or is it one action to move full speed (by adding an additional +10 to the DC) and that gets through all threatened squares?
I recognize that once they realize the DC is CMD+12, they likely won't try, btu they're level 8, so they probably expect their 15's in tumble to be useful.

My Oracle is a bit mental. Well, I think he's sane, but everybody thinks he's mental. He has the haunted curse, and I RP him interacting with the spirits that haunt him, which nobody else can see. Ok - that's the short personality bit that justifies the question.
He's a halfling, and he bought a dog as a mount. He talks to the dog, and he can hear it talking back. It was weeks before he pronounced the dog's name, becuase the dog (according to the Oracle) wouldn't tell. When he did, he scandalized the party by announcing that his dog was Aroden.
Now, my Oracle is 100% convinced that this is the real Aroden, reincarneated as a dog, and working to return to his former glory. Nevermind that he lets a (presumed)crazy halfling ride on his back and spends most of his time sleeping in the corner. My fellow adventurers figure I'm a nutter, but I'm not very dangerous, and it amuses them.
Ok, so here's the question: I want to begin Using Aroden in combat, and asked my GM if I could dip into Cavalier and use the feat from UC that allows it to level by my character level and not my Cavalier level. My GM suggested that instead of a level and a feat, I wait one level (We're 8) and at level 9 take Leadership, and declare my Cohort to be Aroden. Assign him class levels (I guess Warrior or barbarian?) and continue on my path as an Oracle.
Given that that was a GM suggestion, I know he'll allow it, but how do I do it? Can Dogs take levels in warrior? what about barbarian (Aroden Rages! Foaming at the mouth, he charges the Vampires!) Do I just make his effetive class "Animal Companion" as would have happened anyway? Is there an easier way to be effective in combat with an animal than this? (I don't consider him effective now because of his low HP and AC)
I don't care if they keep the name but I 100% agree the race based requirements need to go.
I've been asked to join a group as the 5th player. They feel they already have the basics covered - Fighter, Druid, Healing Alchemist, and Inquisitor. I wanted to try out barbarian, as I haven't gotten to play one yet, but also find myself concerned over the lack of rogue (because of the lack of Disable Device and trapfinding).
3pp are not allowed, any Paizo book is, but I cannot find any traits that grant me those as class skills, either, so that I could be a trappy barbarian - nor could I find any archetypes that allowed these.
Are we nerfed without trapfinding/disable device?
I'd like to extend a HUGE Thank You to everyone who participated in the Reaper Paint-and-Take at PaizoCon!!
Shannon and I had a wonderful time painting and talking with all of you (over 120 of you!) and really look forward to coming back again and again to share the hobby with you!
