I sent an email to customer service five days ago and had not yet gotten a response. I know with the current shift to working from home responses are going to take longer, I just wanted to follow up.
I have an subscription to the Starfinder Roleplaying game and I was checking when the new book Near Space would ship and I saw the transaction had been declined. I first tried to reenter the old card, but got a second notification it was declined. I then entered a different card and after several delays that transaction was also marked as declined. I also tried buying the second adventure in the new Pathfinder Adventure path "Legacy of Lost Gods." My transaction with my Chase card was declined again, so I then tried with two different credit cards. I kept getting to the final screen where it asks you to place the order and I would press the red button, have a loading icon appear and then it would go away and I would be on the same screen. I checked my downloads and it did not appear in there, it remains in my cart. I called my bank to try and figure out why the transactions kept being declined and they informed me that both transactions had gone through and I could see them on my statement. I had one transaction on 3/14 for $45.98 and one on 3/16 for $17.99.
