About Rascaliron The Beggar King

Rascaliron is known as the Beggar King in the city of Ilizmagorti. Known to its foes as Scum Tide City, and to its friends as the Black Pearl of the Tropics. He is the leader of the beggar clan found in the Bilges – slum area of the Southern District of Ilizmagorti.
--------------------
Appearance
--------------------
He brings to mind a stray mutt living on the streets. He has wild shaggy hair that has not been cut for years. His beard all wild and unruly growing all over his face such that it seems most of his face is covered with hair. He wears a tattered shirt with stains collected over the years, the eastern steel lamellar armor that is protecting his torso is dull and rusty. However you can see that this beggar is well muscled and very dexterious. While he walks in a daze like manner, it seems practised and deliberate. One has to wonder is it due to great skill or simply silly luck when he avoids punches and attacks from the assassins he faced daily on the streets. A poisoned dart that should have found his mark missed at the absolute last second when Rascaliron tripped over a rock or knocking out an assassin charging at him when he stretched out his hands suddenly and unexpectantly yawning, hitting the charging assassin in the lower jaw as he drown in his own blood gushing from a severed tongue from the blow. He carries the legendary scimitar the Lecherous. The scimitar has a jagged blade with red rust all over it, with a pattern made of arrows and knots engraved on it. The guard strongly resembles a mouth with diamonds for teeth, the blade extending from it like a tongue. Its grip is wrapped with blue leather with ears and triangles sewn into it. The pommel bears a single onyx.
--------------------
Personality
--------------------
Many thought him mad as he talks to himself oftenly. The topic always seems to revolve about him being the owner of his body and it should not be violated for whatever reasons. Distinctively he has 3 personalities most people have encountered before. The first is an mischievous impish character that is boarish and loud. It seems this personality takes over when there is a crowd of people waiting to be impressed. Another side of him which often got him in trouble or favor in the Jawbone district is his perverted personality. Always hitting on woman with sweet words in hope for a kiss or make out. Most often, when he is drinking rum he enters into this state. If the drunken state persists, he may even strip himself naked and dance in front of a most excitable crowd. The last personality is however what made Rascaliron the Beggar King. Even though his other personalities do not make him Kingly, but one cannot deny his skill with the scimitar. When he enters into combat, he goes in a state of berserk and screams curses in a foreign tongue. Some say it is the tongue of devils; Infernal. Last but not least, on very rare occasions most likely on a serene afternoon or at a beautiful sunset horizon, Rascaliron is actually just another guy with his insecurities and basic human kindness and common sense.

Shield Proficiency (PFCR 133)
Weapon Finesse- With a light weapon, elven curve blade, rapier, whip, or spiked chain made for a creature of your size category, you may use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on attack rolls. If you carry a shield, its armor check penalty applies to your attack rolls.
Dervish Dance- When wielding a scimitar with one hand, you can use your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier on melee attack and damage rolls. You treat the scimitar as a one-handed piercing weapon for all feats and class abilities that require such a weapon (such as a duelist’s precise strike ability). The scimitar must be for a creature of your size. You cannot use this feat if you are carrying a weapon or shield in your off hand.

Traits
--------------------
Ilizmagorti Native- You grew up in the city of Ilizmagorti on Mediogalti Island, a pirate port infamous for both the scoundrels who visit it and the feared Red Mantis assassins who run it. You've been around pirates all your life, but you've learned to be wary in your dealings with people, as there's no telling who might be a Red Mantis in disguise.
Looking to make your fortune, you hopped aboard a pirate ship in Ilizmagorti, and decided to celebrate your safe arrival in Port Peril with a few drinks at a tavern called the Formidably Maid. There were some suspicious-looking characters there, to be sure, and you decided to give them a wide berth, but as you left, feeling a bit woozy from drink, you were set upon by thugs in a dark alley and knocked unconscious.
Benefit You gain a +1 trait bonus on Sense Motive checks, and Sense Motive is a class skill for you. In addition, your familiarity with the pirate's life allows you to make untrained Knowledge (local) checks regarding pirates or the region of the Shackles.
Veteran of Battles- You have fought in several battles, and each time felt the presence of Gorum guiding your sword-arm, making you ready to act at a moment’s notice.
Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus on Initiative checks, and if you are able to act during a surprise round, you may a draw a weapon (but not a potion or magic item) as a free action during that round.

Read Magic- Read magic
Guidance- +1 on one attack roll, saving throw, or skill check.
Bleed- Cause a stabilized creature to resume dying.

Ghost Sound- Ghost sound allows you to create a volume of sound that rises, recedes, approaches, or remains at a fixed place. You choose what type of sound ghost sound creates when casting it and cannot thereafter change the sound's basic character.
The volume of sound created depends on your level. You can produce as much noise as four normal humans per caster level (maximum 40 humans). Thus, talking, singing, shouting, walking, marching, or running sounds can be created. The noise a ghost sound spell produces can be virtually any type of sound within the volume limit. A horde of rats running and squeaking is about the same volume as eight humans running and shouting. A roaring lion is equal to the noise from 16 humans, while a roaring dragon is equal to the noise from 32 humans. Anyone who hears a ghost sound receives a Will save to disbelieve.

Background
--------------------
Rascaliron was born in the slums of the southern district of Ilizmagorti. Some prostitute from the Jawbone – entertainment district dispose of him obviously regarding him as a burden to her trade. Left to fend for himself he was brought up by a kind elderly woman when she tailgated the prostitute as she left him in the drains.

Growing up, Rascaliron grew into the profession of the Bilges; a beggar. With the daily task delegated by the beggar committee of 3 elders whom they say they are just the stewards till the real Beggar King arrives to claim the legendary scimitar "The Letcherous " that was stuck in a stone in the sewers.

When Rascaliron first saw the "Letcherous " , he thought it was not very impressive as it has red rust all over it the blade. However the beggars in Bilges believe that someday a beggar will be able to pull the scimitar out of the stone. So far no one has done it before since the last Beggar King died. Every year when the moon is fullest, all the beggars will gather in the sewers for the Beggar's Reunion where every beggar has a shot to pull the "Letcherous " out to determiner the new beggar king. The last Rascaliron heard, this Reunion has passed for 21 years without event.

The daily task sent out by the elders involves begging and sometimes stealing though that is rarely the case as the beggar clan is quite weak in Ilizmagorti and definately do not want to rouse the ire of the Red Mantis. The beggars learn how to beg from the district such as Jawbone all the way up to Dandy home to the city’s wealthiest inhabitants located in the North District. Rascaliron have a flair in begging and did very well. In fact he did so well that he was given a challenge to beg in The Medina – the old town, a confusing maze of narrow streets which is the most dangerous part of the city.

It is here that Rascaliron changed his fate. On one of his begging rounds he was doing he came a cross a room along the street. The door was unlocked and he heard strange chanting coming from the room. He was curious and he stepped into the room and saw a room full of gold ornaments. Relics of worship some deity he do not recognize. Tempted by the lure of gold, Rascaliron made sure the chanting continued and he quickly decided which gold ornament should he pick. His eyes came across a golden ring with strange inscriptions on it. He picked it up and on closer observations, he can make out carvings of 3 figurines. One of the figurines is laughing with his mouth wide open and one of the figurines is bending over sticking out his tongue with a lustful look. The last figurine however has red eyes with 2 horns and a forked tail.

While enthralled by the ring, he felt there was a silence and when he turned around he saw a woman with a veil drawn across her face.

Ahhh I see you found the Trio of Fiends... said the woman. As soon as she said that she started singing a tune and the lyrics came forth.

Impish, Lechery, Madness
The three friends
The three fiends
Locked in an argument
For the rights to lament
For the unholy trinity
Has no unity..

The woman finished the song and Rascaliron started to feel very sleepy. The image of the smiling woman was the last thing he saw before he slipped into slumber.

The next morning Rascaliron was woken up when he felt someone suffocating him. He screamed and gasped for breath as he sat upright. He found himself in the same room but it was empty and deserted. He looked at his hands he was wearing a rusted ring on his hand. He heard a giggle and as he turned back, he saw no one. He heard the giggle again and a small voice said.

Over here silly....heeehaw...heeehaw...

Rascaliron looked up and screamed. He was looking at a ghostly figure floating above him. He has a head of a donkey and a short build. He has wavy, neck-length, brown hair. His eyes constantly change color. He is wearing a tight uniform made from multicolored lights, and a crown. His skin displays cosntantly-changing writing. He is surrounded by a multi-colored aura.

My name is Jalopyglow or you can just call me Jalo. I am the imp and I love to play pranks

Oh come on Jalo Darling, just look at him...I am burning for his touch...do not taint him with your silliness..

Rascaliron turned around and he saw another ghostly spirit. This spirit takes the form of an adult woman. She has a busty build. She has straight, purple hair worn in a style that resembles a flowing stream. Her slanted eyes are umber. Her body is covered in brown feathers. She is nude.

i am Fondledaemon and you may call me fondle and I love to touch said the spirit as she licked her lips.

Y oz Zojcmoja Dra Cankang orj Y oz iy'n gai dy iy'n voda came a voice speaking in the Infernal tongue. This spirit of bloodshed takes the form of a young man. He is inhumanly tall and has a lean build. He has red hair worn in a style that resembles a helmet. His eyes are those of his latest victim. His skin is covered in faces, each frozen in a mute scream. He is wearing a risque uniform. He carries a scimitar. He looked at the puzzled Rascaliron before touching Rascaliron ears.

I am Madblade The Berserk and I am your key to your fate He repeated.

Rascaliron looked at the 3 spirits, did a silent scream before fainting..

Rascaliron soon realized that only he can see the 3 spirits as they float around him wherever he goes. He tried taking the rusted ring off but each time he took it off and dispose of it, the rusted ring magically reappeared on his hand again. After much mishaps and strange things happening around him, the beggars thought him an ill omen as he talks to himself alone at night and he sometimes fondles and lust after women and men by speaking erotically to them. Sometimes Rascaliron would do crazy stuff such as running and hopping throughout the Bilges and calling out the name Jalopyglow. however the most significant change was that Rascaliron seems to have learn the arcane arts and is able to cast a little magic to move objects through the air and even to heal. However sometimes he practices the magic, he will start to speak in a foreign tongue. Some of the more knowledgeable beggars said that Rascaliron just spoke in Infernal, the language of the devils.

It came to past that the Full moon was soon here. The Beggar Reunion event took place and all the beggars gathered. Rascaliron do not wish to join in but Madblade reminded him that he is the key to his fate and possessed him. Pushing aside all the other volunteers around the "The Letcherous ", he stretched out and pulled the blade out of the stone easily. When Rascaliron came to his sense, he saw the 3 elders and hundreds of beggars around him kneeled with both knees on the floor and chorused

Hail Our Beggar King! The light of our clan shines again!

Rascaliron gulped. Jalopyglow rolled on the floor laughing. Fondledaemon moaned in ecstasy. Madblade sneer with glee.
