So I've begun my delve into the Character Add-On deck, decided to restart the box back to level one and bump Lini and Sajan up to the same level as my Harsk and his pals.

They are both incredibly awesome and their powers are nuts, but I have a few questions.

1) Does Lini's second power (the shapeshifty one) alter the kind of dice you're using? For example, if I'm making a Dexterity check and proc her second power, does it just become a Dexterity check with an increased dice size? Or does it just mean I roll 1d10 in place of it entirely? (I ask this because I'm running the spell Strength in her deck and in the near future she's going to have skill feats in Strength and Dexterity.)

2) I think I already know the answer to this one, but I want to clarify so I'm not cheating (XD); can you reveal an animal ally to proc her first power and then discard the same ally to proc her second power?

Thanks in advance!

I just recently purchased the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game and the second Rise of the Rune Lords Add-On Deck and I'm just curious as to what the convention is for organizing your box with the expansions. Obviously the intention of the "Adventure Decks" section of the box if to hold the little rectangular deck boxes, implying that you should leave the cards in their individual Add-On deck boxes. However, the massive space left over in the box's other slots after separating the cards out implies that you're supposed to fill the rest of the space up with more cards of that type...ergo implying you should remove the cards form the Add-On Decks and put them in the Box's slots.

I know, this isn't really anything to stress over, I'm just curious.

In addition, how compatible are the Add-On Decks' cards with the rest of the Base Set cards? For example if you were to shove them all together, would they play nicely and, as I envision, do just what their name implies; add on to the collection you have and provide a more expansive pool of cards you randomly pull from? Or can you really only play them when you're running the adventures or scenarios included in the Add-On Decks the cards belong to?

Again, this kind of leads back to wondering whether or not to keep them separated or slam them all together into one big giant box. And I imagine most of this stuff is personal preference, but as I said, this is just my curiosity talking.

Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm a bit unclear about the rules on decks and the number of cards and types of cards that you can start scenarios with and continue with throughout adventures.

Let's say for example I start a new character, using Harsk, and construct my deck using the example deck provided in the Rule Book. I go through the Brigadoom! scenario and complete it. However, along the road to victory, I successfully acquired a weapon and an item from the Location decks. Do I now have to banish those cards back to the box and get my deck down to the restricted quantities on Harsk's card (banish my new elite weapon so I go back down to 5 basic weapons, etc)? Or do those numbers serve as minimum requirements to start each scenario with? And if I have to banish down to those restrictions, can I swap out basic cards that were initially in there for my better loot I acquired in the scenario?

Thanks in advance! Any help is much appreciated!
