completely new character
near the end of the adventure, we're having a tough fight
enemies take me down, I get raised, dropped again

but I have a Hero Point
so I get up
attack one of the remaining 3 skeletons
miss
I go "I know I should save the Hero Point, but, reroll" > CRIT!

but little skeleton is still not dead
so with one action left, I could cast shield, right?
(playing a Cleric who fights with gauntlets)
anyway, damn the Shield, I smack that silly skeleton again, even hit, but don't drop him
never mind, my colleague drops it
but then, one of the two other skeletons that is in the middle of 4 of us
DM says "I'll randomise"
gets me :smile:

third attack, well, he needs a 20 to hit me. I'm at 2 hp, btw
