The Saga of Qorinae, Chapter One:

Born in Mierani, son of a fairly respected warrior, Qorinae stalked the wild and trained with the other elven fighters. When he wasn't sneaking off to tell ridiculous lies about himself to pretty girls and planning heroic exploits. Natural talent allowed him to keep up with his more dedicated peers, but it became clear he was bound for trouble. Eventually, it came, in the form of the angry father of a dishonored maid. To save everyone a lot of embarrassment, his father suggested that Qorinae travel south to the village of Sandpoint, where his old friend Daviren Hosk manages the stables. While exile to a human village was considered sufficient punishment by the aforementioned angry father, Qorinae's father hoped that some experience of the wider world would help the boy keep his head out of the clouds.

Unfortunately (perhaps), Qorinae sees the journey as the first step in his road to fame, fortune and heroism.

The Saga of Qorinae, Chapter Two: The Heroes of Sandpoint:

Having arrived in the town of Sandpoint, I met Shayliss Vinder, a delightful young woman who....

Later, I met Tiberiu, Slaynn and Uuli at the town square. They are a human, a most unusual elf, and a dwarf who I met on the caravan. We had thought to find safety and peace in Sandpoint, but we were mistaken in our hopes. The festival was in full swing, and we were all quite festive ourselves, when the goblins struck. The total number of the horde was beyond counting, but they swarmed into the square and we fought valiantly, striking them down before they could execute their nefarious plans.

We then chased and fought a second group, and upon driving them away, we met Aldern Foxglove, a well spoken nobleman who invited us to join him at one of the local inns, a fine establishment known as The Rusty Dragon. Upon our return to the square, we were greeting by local luminaries.

Sheriff Belor Hemlock and Father Zantus praised our heroism, and filled us in on local history. Three points of note: 1 There was a mass murderer known as The Chopper turned out to be a demon-worshipper named Jervis Stoot. 2 The Cathedral burned down five years ago, but has been rebuilt. 3 We four (Tiberiu, Slaynn, Uuli and of course, your humble narrator, Qorinae Goblin-Slayer of Mierani) were anointed the Heroes of Sandpoint.

Following this meeting, I once again met with the lovely Shayliss

At last, the Heroes of Sandpoint arrived at the Rusty Dragon. The Innkeeper there, Ameiko Kaijitsu, and her former adventuring companions, Lars and Bethany, gave us a heroes welcome, and we celebrated our heroics suitably, long into the night. The Lady Ameiko sang a song that was quite strange, but entirely beautiful.

The Saga of Qorinae, Chapter Three: Pigs and Things:

The following morning, the heroes went on a boar hunt with Aldern Foxglove and heroically defeated the beast, bringing home the bacon to the Rusty Dragon to feast the village.

Things went downhill from there. The Sheriff was all bent out of shape that they hadn't met him that morning, and THOSP fought some skeletons in a crypt that had been violated by goblins. The goblins stole an old priests bones, and one was taken prisoner and spoke of a longshank behind their actions.

The heroes met Shalelu, who was a bit snooty, but told them about all the different goblin tribes in the area, and then went off to check things out while the Sheriff slunk off to Magnimar. The heroes were left to keep the town safe.

Nothing could protect the town from Lonjiku Kaijitsu, who spit all over his daughter's tavern and ranted and raved about bringing shame to his family. There was also an incident with a rat that could have turned ugly, but there is no need to dwell on it.

Lastly, the heroes went to see about a creature that bit a child.
