Son of a minor Qadiran noble (Kasiim) & a former elven concubine (Sydwyn).
Sydwyn was captured by Qolooran's grand-sire (Qessal) & relegated to his harem. She acted in the roles of adviser & scholar for many years, being well versed in the lore of the djinn. When it came time for Kasiim to take a bride, he was offered his choice from his father's harem - he chose Sydwyn. Qolloran is the result of that union.
